We were only there for a short time, but the experience was excellent. The breakfast was good also.
Pros:

The check in was seamless, no issues, and we had asked for a downstairs room which we obtained. Easy parking beside our motel door made it better for loading and unloading luggage. The checkout was just as simple.

Cons:

We had no negative issues with this property. Everything was as expected and more.

We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

We came to visit the Round Top antique show. The location was perfect. I was nice to have breakfast each morning. We will definitely book next year.

Cons:

We are from Utah and thought the Texas weather was warm! I would have loved to swim, but the pool is not open yet. Maybe next time.
