Pros:

Nice swimming pool and a good breakfast.

Cons:

The room is quite old and not clean properly. The toilet door handle have problem which lock by itself.
We check in 4 person but the towel, toothbrush and indoor sandal only for 2 person. We called the room service but their respond is too slow, after 30min they still cannot give you an answer how long you need to wait for your towel.

Pros:

I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. The front desk service was unwelcoming. The staff only answer when asked, especially on the breakfast not even tell in advance where to serve, no good in assisting guests and did not handle requests efficiently.

Additionally, the room was very old and poorly maintained. The furniture looked worn out, the facilities were outdated, and overall cleanliness could be improved. The condition of the room did not match the expectations set by the photos or description even the price. The kids room was far away from rooms & lobby, no proper toys provided.

I hope the management takes steps to improve both customer service and room maintenance, as these issues significantly affected my experience.

Pros:

I had made an advance reservation for the Italian restaurant inside and was really excited to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday there. However, at the very last minute, I was informed that the restaurant was not open due to Ramadan and that our reservation could not be honored.

What does it mean to only notify guests on the day itself? What’s worse, there was no reply to my messages afterward. As a result, my boyfriend and I had to travel far just to find a place for dinner and ended up eating somewhere randomly.

Extremely disappointed. Very disappointed. I will not be coming back again.

Wonderful experience at this spa
Pros:

I had such a wonderful experience at this sembunyi spa & floating hi tea damn The staff were friendly and professional, and the massage was so soothing. I felt completely refreshed after my session. Highly recommended!
