Im Potsdamer Steigenberger MAXX Hotel beginnt der Urlaub direkt nach dem Éinchecken.
Pros:

Wir kommen jedes Jahr für 1 Woche nach Potsdam und buchen fast immer das Steigenberger MAXX Hotel. Das Ambiente, die Ausstattung, das sehr gute Frühstück und nicht zuletzt die Lage sind nahezu unschlagbare Pluspunkte, um uns rundum wohlzufühlen.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Angebot stimmt bis ins Detail, umso mehr, als wir als H Rewards Mitglieder auch den ÖPNV Iin Potsdam + Berlin (ABC) gratis nutzen dürfen.

Cons:

Einziges Manko sind einzelne unbeholfen wirkende MitarbeiterInnen an der Rezeption, deren offensichtlicher Mangel an Souveränität ein unverdient schlechtes Licht auf das Management wirft.

Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Zimmers war nicht empfehlenswert.
Cons:

Der Teppich war schmutzig und sehr fleckig.
Das Bett war extrem durchgelegen. Hatte mehr die Form einer Mulde.
Deshalb haben wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet.

Die Lage ist für Potsdam großartig. Es ist ruhig und zentral zugleich.
Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Kosten für Parkplätze sind extrem hoch.

Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt in hervorragender Lage.
Pros:

Wir waren bereits 2025 in diesem Hotel und haben uns deshalb wieder dafür entschieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend, um Potsdams Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu besichtigen

Es gibt aus unserer Sicht nichts zu beanstanden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, haben uns wohl gefühlt und unsere Sightseeing Ziele gut erreicht

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt im Zentrum . Das Frühstück war super , alles was das Herz begehrt und super lecker (Marmeladen waren hervorragend )- schöner Innenhof zum chillen

Cons:

Das Hotel hat leider keinen eigenen Parkplatz , der Parkplatz unter dem Hotel ist öffentlich , sehr eng, und mit 22 EUR ist man pro gebuchten Tag dabei . Aber das ist wohl so in diesen Städten
