Tolles Hotel, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, direkt zwischen Park Sancoussi und dem Stadtzentrum. Alles zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Hotel sehr liebevoll gestaltet, gutes Frühstück, auch im Freien möglich.

Cons:

Wir wurden beim Checkin gefragt, ob wir eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung wünschen. Trotz Zusage wurde das Zimmer aber nicht gereinigt (wir hatten nur zwei Übernachtungen).

Ja, sehr gute Lage, Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer geräumig und sauber

Cons:

Einchecken per Computer und mit QRCode, obwohl Rezeption besetzt ist. Daran möchte ich mich eigentlich nicht gewöhnen!

A Big Disappointment
Pros:

I was very disappointed with MAXX Hotel Sanssouci because I am familiar with the Steigenberger brand and have stayed at some lovely hotels. The only good thing I can say is the location is great - walking distance from town and the beautiful Sanssouci Park. The hotel itself is very dated, and our room had an overpowering smell of bleach, it was so bad we had to buy room scent to make it bearable. Although I was offered the possibility of an upgrade before checking in, when I tried to get one, I was denied. The room was overly warm and just didn’t feel clean, and the shower dripped constantly. The parking garage was tiny, it was pay-to-park, and not available on our second night. For the price of this hotel, I absolutely would not recommend it.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Park von Sanssouci und der Altstadt,
Zimmer absolut ruhig, Frühstück vielfältig. Personal freundlich. Alles sehr sauber. Nett: Espressomaschine, 2 Flaschen Wasser gratis.

Cons:

Für längere Aufenthalte ist der Kleiderschrank recht klein.
