Déception complète par une journée de 40 degrés à Rome

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa piscine puisqu’il faisait 40 degrés. À la réception, il y avait une file de clients en attente pour le Check in.
Le Check in était à 15h et on nous annonce que la piscine fermait à 15h30 pour un événement privé. Nous avons fait rapidement pour se rendre à la piscine mais le personnel à la réception n’informe pas les clients qu’il faut un casque de bain. Le surveillant de la piscine nous informe et nous envoie à la réception. Après cette perte de temps, nous n’avons pas eu la chance de se baigner. Il est inconvenable de priver tous les clients de baignade pour un événement privé qui pourrait être localiser dans le centre de congrès situé sur le site.

During this trip, I chose hotels outside the city center that had parking options. The location suited my plans perfectly, being about 1 hour away by public transport or 30 minutes by taxi to the Vatican. The hotel staff and parking attendants were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed delicious breakfast and dinner.

Personal foarte amabil. Am avut o problemă la broască de la ușă. Ne a schimbat imediat camera și pentru disconfort ne a oferit băuturi de la barul piscinei. Recomand hotelul sunt profesioniști.

Hotel położony w dogodnej lokalizacji - komunikacja miejska można dojechać wszędzie, a obok jest też centrum handlowe z supermarketem. Ogromny plus to też obecność basenu, można sobie wypełnić przerwy w zwiedzaniu a przy podróżowaniu z dziećmi to zawsze jakaś atrakcja
