Exe Mitre

The value for money didn't meet my expectations. It is way too expensive for what the hotel actually is. One of the days we returned to the room and saw that housekeeping had forgotten their dirty and wet sponges and left them next to our clothes, which was disgusting. Then, apparently there is a bar downstairs next to the hotel, and one of the evenings there was a loud party which continued on after midnight. Other hotel guests were so annoyed they shouted through the windows that the noise should be kept down, but nothing changed. There was also some ongoing renovation in the hotel, and one of the elevators was covered with cardboard everywhere inside, which felt strange, unwelcoming and unsafe to use. There was just a simple note splattered in there saying something in the lines of 'Sorry for the inconvenience'. Generally I wouldn't recommend a stay in this hotel if the price is so high.

Dommage que les chambres ne soient pas insonorisées beaucoup de bruits malheureusement c est pour cela que je n ai pas mis la.note de 10.

Dirtines, especially in shower. Mold was everywhere.
Its disgusting to go in the bathroom and to see this kind a things.
Bathroom was separated with glass doors and throuh it i was able to see hear or feel some activities. Not really private. For one person could be ok.

Aire acondicionado fallo varias veces, atención extra regular.

No lo pasamos bien. Fuimos por 4 noches y ninguna pudimos dormir bien, ya que la habitación tenía un AC defectuoso que solo recirculaba aire, ninguna noche bajó de los 22.8°C, ni seteado a 10°, y sonaba mucho, por lo que era un constante dormir acalorado y despertar con el reinicio del aire.
El personal deja mucho que desear. Tuve que bajar a las 2AM ya que el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba, subieron conmigo y revisaron que efectivamente estaba malo, no me dieron solución en ese momento porque el hotel según ellos estaba lleno. Al día siguiente me dijeron que había habitaciones disponibles, pero que no valía la pena cambiarme de habitación porque "las otras eran incluso peores que la mía" en sus palabras. Ningún disculpas ni explicaciones.
Las duchas tenían moho y la puerta del baño era de vidrio por lo que había que olvidarse de la privacidad.
Cama y almohadas incomodas.
Mala relación precio-calidad.

No sabía que la cadena Exe era tan low-cost.

The hallways leading to the rooms need a bit of work. No iron or ironing board, so just keep that in mind in your travels.

Un poco ruidoso el aire acondicionado

maybe a bit more varied breakfast (vegetables) but good coffee mashine was a great advantage
