Barcelona em família - quarto triplo
Pros:

A localização é excelente, em uma zona muito binita e tranquila de Barcelona, com restaurantes e mercados. É próximo do Parck Güell e de transporte público. O quarto triplo tem um bom tamanho e boa distribuição de móveis, permitindo a movimentação. A cama e roupas de cama são ótimas e as toalhas são trocadas diariamente. O ar resfria bem. Na recepção há sempre água saborizado e deliciosas maçãs para os hóspedes. Os funcionários são educados e prestativos, além de muito pacientes: o espanhol catalão é bem diferente mas todos se esforçaram para entender nosso portunhol. Um elogio especial para o Kevin - muito simpático e educado.

Cons:

O frigobar não resfria. Pouca potência e colocado em local que o faz aquecer muito. Porém, não impede que voltemos.

正赶上年中大促，性价比很高，附赠一程接机，整体感受非常舒爽，很推荐

员工态度非常好，床很舒服，每天都有工作人员来打扫，房间带有小冰箱里面放了一些付费的水和饮料，但有额外空间可以自己冷藏少量食品和饮料进去，洗手间设备齐全除了基础洗发水浴液护发素以外还有身体乳。从酒店搭地铁去巴特罗之家非常近，早餐很丰富，非常好吃

酒店的空调有一些吵，卫生间通风一般，早上餐厅空调冷气开的太大有点冷，吹风机使用的时候需要一直按着有点费力

Pros:

Les chambres 101 et 402 sentaient des égouts. Nous avons attendu au moins 1h30 pour avoir nos chambres. La première chambre n'était pas faite. C'était salle, les serviettes sales par terre et les lits étaient avec des draps sales. Il n'y avait pas de gêne et on nous a demandé de trouver un autre hôtel. Après 11h00 de voyage et se retrouver dans de telle situation était horrible et écoeurant. J'ai des photos et vidéos.

Cons:

Rien. Personnel froid et indifférent. Le personnel ne fait que son travail. Je oense
