Please note that our Leisure Club is closed while we repair damage to the area and will re-open later this year. Our Gym area will still be available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We only accept pets in some of our Deluxe Double Rooms with Sofa Bed. Please inquire for availability before booking. There is a £10.00 per pet per night charge. Our Restaurant will be closed on Friday & Saturday nights during December due to Functions. 24th to 26th December and 1st January there will be limited evening food service. "Festive Celebrations" may be audible during this period. On New Year's Eve our Restaurant is closed and there will be no meals available after 6pm. On New Year's Day our bed & breakfast rates include brunch served from 9am-11am. We hold events and functions at the hotel and party celebrations may be audible at times.

Very clean hotel.excellent breakfast

Cons:

There was work going on at the hotel so the pool was closed. Very hard to order food ad drinks at the bar because there were no staff .when we went to breakfast on the second morning we were told to would be closing soon and it was around 9.20 so we were asked to order straight away . We weren't compensated in anyway for the swimming pool being unavailable.
The shower would just flood the floor

Pros:

The hotel is undergoing construction work ans from 7am till 4pm you here scaffolding workers tightening bolts and speaking
The indoor pool was closed also for renovation works. I should have been informed.
The last day the hotel charged my another full day juat cuz I asked to check out at 12pm instead of 10.30am

Such wonderful staff
Pros:

Visited the other day with a few friends for a few drinks at the bar, was served by Maddy and she was exceptional! She made sure we always had full drinks and had a lovely conversation with her. She’s a real asset to the team! Will definitely be back

Zimmer und Service waren super. Wir werden sicher wieder hierher zurückkommen.
