Please note that our Leisure Club is closed while we repair damage to the area and will re-open later this year. Our Gym area will still be available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We only accept pets in some of our Deluxe Double Rooms with Sofa Bed. Please inquire for availability before booking. There is a £10.00 per pet per night charge. Our Restaurant will be closed on Friday & Saturday nights during December due to Functions. 24th to 26th December and 1st January there will be limited evening food service. "Festive Celebrations" may be audible during this period. On New Year's Eve our Restaurant is closed and there will be no meals available after 6pm. On New Year's Day our bed & breakfast rates include brunch served from 9am-11am. We hold events and functions at the hotel and party celebrations may be audible at times.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Food in restaurant quite good but expensive, good choice of breakfast . Very nice rooms and pleasant staff.

Cons:

The pool was closed but wasn’t displayed on website when I booked😒

Comfortable with good sized car park.
Pros:

Room size was good, nice big TV, we were in a superior room.

Cons:

We had issues with the EV chargers which weren't resolved. Staff didn't understand EVs.
Also we asked for just a sheet because of the hot weather, that took 4 trips to reception.
No AC.

Excellent service
Pros:

I have stayed at the Heronston numerous times. The staff are always excellent, very pleasant, friendly and extremely efficient. Previously I found the food hit and miss but this time it was really lovely - a huge improvement. I'm looking forward to staying again in a few weeks.

Pros:

All of the staff did their best to ensure my Birthday party was a brilliant success.
Nothing was left to chance and every whim was dealt with a smile. I couldn't ask more, I don't want to single out any member of staff as they were all brilliant.

Pros:

When I arrived I was informed the pool area and associated facilities were closed due to refurbishement. I was not informed of this fact upon booking, and had I have known, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Great hotel with the best staff.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. Special mention to Angharad on reception and Michael and Jack at the bar and breakfast area.

Cons:

The spa facility being closed. But we did know this before booking to be fair.

Fantastic stay made by amazing staff.
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly. Went above and beyond in all aspects of our stay.
Angharad on reception was amazing when booking and checking in regarding our worries over new food intolerances which they accomodated very well.

Jack in the bar was incredibly helpful and worked very hard.

Mickael was fantastic. Working the bar with such enthusiasm in the evening and a welcoming smile and comedy for breakfast.

Overall a brilliant stay. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, misleading name
Pros:

Lady behind the desk was helpful

Cons:

The money we paid and it being advertised as a spa hotel and the pool is closed for refurb. No reduction in price. £8 a pint is horrendous
