15/15 stars. Hopefully they will call me tomorrow and found the silver earrings I left in the room 15/15. Wow the shower pressure was like a back massage 14/15 and felt like I got a facial 13/15. The mirror in the bathroom had one box that did not fog 12/15. Mouthwash provided 11/15. 2 bottles of water 10/15. Warm Cookies omg 9/15. Front desk so sweet 8/15. Cloud pillows 7/15. Clean sheets 6/15. All kinds of lighting from romantic to bright 5/15. Disney/youtube/Netflix (need ur log in) 4/15. Clean bathroom 3/15. Starbucks is 1 minute away 2/15. Products are rich 1/15.
The shower had two gel containers. Room 138. No conditioner. Would have loved to try.

2 of the 4 elevators were out of service and on the day of my checkout, 3 of them were out of service.
The best place to stay in the Milford area BY FAR! We were lucky enough to get one of the newly remodeled rooms and it is gorgeous.
I thought that the price was a little high for the tourist mecca that is Milford, MA
To start this properly is right off the highway which was very convenient.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the hotel staff at the reception desk and the checking process was a breeze. (We were given two of the best chocolate chip walnut cookies I have ever had, and I’m not a fan of chocolate chip cookies).
The property is well kept and it looks like some upgrades have been made. The lobby is spacious. They have fresh fruit water available all day and coffee. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom also extremely spacious. There was a mini fridge and microwave available in the room.
We visited the pool the next morning around 8:30 am which was very relaxing. The water temperature
was perfect. The pool was clean and there are tables and chairs available in the pool area. There were no towels available when we arrived but, I just happened to see a female worker coming around the area, mentioned it to her and she had a staff member bring the towels right away, so by the time we were done, they were readily available.
We did read that breakfast was available for a fee , but we did not have our breakfast there. I can say the breakfast area looked immaculate.
I was very pleased with my choice and knew that it would be as I have never had a bad experience with any my Hilton stays.

There’s nothing negative I have to say about this property.
Loved staying here. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The pool was HUGE and clean which was great for the kids. The staff was very personable. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the servers there were very kind.
There is nothing I disliked about the property. I suppose that compared to surrounding rates that night that maybe the price could have been a little more reasonable.
Our room was absolutely beautiful and the water pressure in the shower was the best water pressure I’ve ever had in my entire life. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We did the buffet and it was absolutely delicious.
Some of the elevators didn’t work, but they were under construction and redoing the whole hotel
The rates were exorbitant and should have included breakfast.

The location is great! so many stores closeby and the outlet mall is 15mins away as well. The pool is great!
Room was amazing and spacious. Even with the sleep pack it was still so spacious.
The breakfast could be better
This may be the last place to stay in Milford that does NOT have hallways that reek of marijuana. Also, the room size is very good, and I love that the rooms now have a small fridge and a microwave.
It is a bit more expensive than its competition.
The breakfast was good! The staff was very friendly. They did a lot of extra things for the Boston Marathon participants like snacks and a shuttle, which was super helpful and nice!
Our room was located next to the pool-- so it was a little loud when little kids started swimming early in the morning / late at night. There was also a brown stain on our towels so we had to request new ones.
