The location, staff, breakfast and the value for money.

The hotel was a but gloomy upstairs, the furniture was a bit dated and cramped, and it wasn't easy to find sockets or generally move about in the room.

Excellent hôtel pour la visite de la ville.
Pros:

Personnel très aimable, lits confortables, bon standing, près du centre ville. Buffet de petit déjeuner bien garni et bon. Parking juste en face de l'hôtel (13 euros).

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Maria Luisa - it was clean and comfortable and had a bath.
Pros:

It had a lift and a bath which was perfect after a 38km walk. It also had a fridge which was great for our groceries.

A good location to stay near the centre of Burgos and explore the city, with lots of eateries within a few minutes..w

The staff were extremely helpful & amiable, but checking in on evening of 29April and checking out on morning of 30 April.with special mention to Nora & colleague on the morning , checking out, when I asked if they could print off my air crit emissions car sticker needed to display for driving through France , they happily obliged and cut the Notice down to size , it was a real relief a, as I had ordered and paid for on line on March 21st …but it had never been received in the post even though ordered on March 21st!.
Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms clean , with piping hot water and choice of towels. And fridge .
An oldy wordle hotel in the centre of Burgos. A very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Having parked behind the hotel, on an ad hoc arrangement as no specific parking spaces allocated my car was immediately outside the downstairs sm.restaurant, but one then had to walk round the block to,front reception. Although the night receptionist did open up the restaurant door to allow us to bring in out luggage and the cat crate with relative ease.
