No me gustó q me cobren 13 euros por un parking privado enfrente al hotel y q no tengan mandos del portal para poder entrar y salir cuando se desehe . Hay q pedirlo ir dar la vuelta a la manzana para poder entregarlo. No lo veo justo

Beautiful and stylish! Very comfortable bed, thick towels, bath and shower. Very central (but I would say don’t arrive at rush hour). The evening receptionist guy Ivain and the morning one A…? They were extremely helpful on arrival and departure helping with luggage and explaining the secure underground car park system. Nice breakfast - simple but enough.

Cons:

Double-edged sword! Central position great in one way but arriving by car at 6 ish rush hour was a bit stressful after a long car journey. Plus getting dark. Advise avoiding arrival at that time! Underground car parking system very secure but in middle of dual carriageway. They give you remote control key to open door then you walk up quite a lot of steps. Once we got the hang of it ok. Very secure!!!

El hotel tiene un personal excepcional, pena que la calidad de los productos del desayuno no sea mejor, en mi opinión es la relación calidad precio del desayuno no es acorde. La habitación correcta y la calefacción a tope en días de nieve se agradece.
