Helpful front desk staff.

Cons:

Neither pool was open. No sanitizer wipes in fitness room. Room needed full size mirror and better lighting. Complimentary breakfast would have made up for the pool situation.

Wifi was not free and our Spectrum signal was weak or non-existent.

Please do better.

glad we only were staying one night

neither pool was open which was very disturbing. we wanted a high floor which they somehow couldn't accommodate. c
the bartenders were not very friendly and took our beer bottles away from us when they were only half empty

Not a good option!
Pros:

The hallways smelled like marijuana all the time. When we first arrived, there was dog poop on the hallway floor. There was a stain on one of the bed’s sheets. When housekeeping arrived, the handed me new sheets and left me to change the bed. There was not a safety latch on the door. The door looks like it had been broken into prior.

Slimy indoor pool and empty outdoor pool.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for the outdoor pool option! All online sources said it opened in late May… so we figured in June we would be good to swim! NOPE! The pool was drained and had parts sprawled all around it, the indoor pool was filthy and we witness a boy pulling slime off his body after jumping in! The sauna was close, and the hot tub was in good need of a scrub down. Our room was Meh… run down and far from fresh and comfortable! The only thing that was working for this hotel was the kind guy at the front desk who helped assist me in getting a refund. Even the general manager refused to talk to me and made this poor guy do it all himself!

The pool area opened a little late. We would have gone down but my husband said it didn't open until 9.

Overall, the experience was exceptional
Pros:

The property was exceptional. Staff was friendly, and the place was clean. Dinner dining had a nice touch.

Cons:

The breakfast is provided was not up to par. Pancakes were hard breakfast overall was cold. I would change the selection, adding a self serve waffle maker to boost the experience and add warmers.
