Water quality is questionable
Pros:

Cannot control the thermostat in the room. Stuck at 74. Water is cloudy. Bathroom had a used wash cloth. Only 2 bath towels for a king suite. Bar closes at 10. Will never stay here again. There are not any close choices to eat or grab a drink if you arrive late you are left without any choice

Peaceful, Comfortable and clean.
Pros:

This is our second time staying here. It’s close to our out of town event. It’s peaceful, comfortable and clean. Will, the front desk employee was exceptionally great! He was so professional, helpful, kind and charismatic. A real gem!

Cons:

We enjoyed the indoor pool area, but the hot tub seats were really rough on the skin. Minor… I know

Liked the breakfast, nice staff.

Cons:

Pillows-poor. The room was not made up at all on the last full day. C-, room less than average.C-. I was a traveling salesman for most of my career, and I would not be going to the Sheraton for a second stay.

Room was nice

Cons:

Still waiting on the hotel to call me back and refunding my third room charge. I only reserved two rooms and they charged me for three. Would not recommend this hotel due to the confusion on this. It's been a month and I'm still waiting. I have made several phone calls to the hotel.

Friendly and very welcoming!
Pros:

What a wonderful hotel and staff! So friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel. Warm, inviting and family friendly. The General Manager Hector made our stay so enjoyable. Felt like family!

Reliable, great value, great service.
Pros:

Another good experience with the Four Points North Shore, whose manager and staff are truly committed to great service. Friendly, super convenient, clean, comfortable, bar/restaurant is spacious and well set up for watching sports, good basic food, good scrambled eggs in the morning, laundry facilities for the occasional luggage disaster, and always a great value. Big fan.
