The location
Too small rooms
The hotel is located in a very central location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially considering that we arrived late in the evening.
The breakfast could be more generous.

Location was okay for our purposes, the noise from the night club across the road was unfortunate. The TV in the ROOM DID NOT WORK.
After reserving a room for over a month I expected better facilities in the room. I don't feel I had value for money
The room was clean and well presented, with a massive and comfortable bed.. friendly staff
The fridge in the room doesn't work. There is not much in terms of guest satisfaction.
No security to guaranty my safety.
I tried to see if I could manage but after 1 hour I told them I won't be staying becauae of the obvious reasons mentioned to them. I asked that the fee should be prorated or give me part of the money, they declined.
I had to go get another hotel that is more comfortable with good security.
As far as concerned they are dubious.
the location was perfect
the rooms did not match the pictures online and what I really did not like was that I had to pay more than what was quoted on booking.com because of the exchange rate the hotel uses - which is not aligned with the exchange rate quoted by the Bank of Ghana. I mentioned this to them but they did not care
Location wise, was good, close to a lot of shops and restaurants
First of all, bank of Gh rate was a 10.6 to a $, they charged us 14gh per $, we asked to speak to the manager and the receptionist got defensive like we don’t have the right to, even to the extent of telling us she upgraded us to a bigger room, which I doubt because I made certain requests to our reservation long before we arrived and the manager emailed me over a week before we arrived that they will take it into account, so clearly she was trying to intimidate us to drop speaking to the the higher ups because “she did us a favor “ lies!!
when I spoke to the manager about the rate, he said it was a fixed monthly rate and they couldn’t do anything about it, extortion!!! The manager then said they would COMPENSATE with a package for us during our stay but that never came, we let that go.
When we got into the room, everywhere was ok but the toilet, there was splashes of old dry “shit” still in the bowl, I called my boyfriend to see as evidence, I took pics of it and washed it myself, wiped with antiseptic wipes b4 we started using any of them.
I asked for extra eggs the first morning and was told it came with a charge which was expected, only to be told they run out of eggs, a whole establishment, shocker🙄. After our 5 days stay we Tried to extend for two more days and were told the same rate when we challenged them again and referred them to the rate atm and threatened we would not let it slide, they said they would give us a 13gh per $ rate when BOG was 10.26 at the time. We called other places and they were offering BOG rates so we left.
The location is fantastic and the staff are very well trained
