The hotel was nice however, i encountered three roaches in my room!!! I informed the staff and I was told that it was highly unlikely. No apology, no accountability, no acknowledgment. I found it to be very unprofessional. I will never stay here again!

Typically I prefer Holiday Inn Express but it was TWICE the price of Americinn !!! Thank you Trip Advisor :-D. Smiling Diya @ front desk was friendly & efficient. Zippy elevator. My room, a double, was clean & comfortable w/micro/minifridge, in-room coffee. Lots of easily accessible electrical outlets both bedside & at the desk area. Free wifi w/ample signal strength. Not a speck of mold in the bathroom. Generous supply of bright white towels. Didn't swim but pool area was inviting, water sparkling & best of all there was NO blast of chlorine smell permeating the lobby. Slept well on comfortable bed with nice linens. Standard light continental, but if you need more, with the money you saved you could easily buy a proper sit down breakfast in town. Will definitely remember this gem next time I'm in the area!

We found black mold in our room as well as the next two rooms they tried to put us in. They also sent up a housekeeper to try and clean the mold off the wall in the third room before we got up there. We were then refused a full refund since we didn’t notice the mold until the morning after our first night stay. Just save yourself the trouble and pay a little more for the other hotels in the area. We ended up at the holiday inn express and it was lovely and mold free.

The room was quiet and clean except for the window and grout around the toilet and bathtub. The bed was comfortable. Our room wasn't very dark at night due to bright lighting on the front of the building that shined into our room around the sides of the window shade.

We paid $190+ for an accessible room we were told that they had a problem with the room and they upgraded us to a suite I asked her 3 times if the room was accessible and she said I could go and check it I told her I take her word for it at this time I have no where to go the toilet was super low there are no bars anywhere we couldn’t shower I wrote to Expedia and haven’t heard back,on top of that the telephone to the front desk doesn’t work and neither the lamps by the bed the room was very hot when we first went in fortunately the ac worked we are very upset

On the 3rd floor there was no water pressure for over 10 hours. I had to call several times to ask about it and enough pressure came out to get 3 minutes of hot water. Front desk told me there was a leak and someone would need to come out next week. I asked the clerk to check with the manager to give me a credit for the inconvenience but to date I have not received a reply.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was water pressure issues while here. So we had to wait to shower. And there was hesitation when we asked for extra pillows. Other than that, the stay was nice. The hotel was quiet and we were able to check in early.

Nothing unique, but just solid. Good price. Great value

What we expected

I didn't like the coffee machine in the bathroom.

It is a nice hotel. Not very luxury but neat. During the one week stay regularly towel change and making the beds.
After 7 years the same breakfast maybe a change of food. All over I had a nice stay.

Shower did not work.
