Great few days
Pros:

We booked due to location and pool, and the location was fantastic. this area of Juhu beach is great for families and people who want a quieter cleaner less busy area and also closer to the airport.
The hotel staff and entrance was great, cleanliness and room service was always top drawer. room size was sufficient and although the ground floor of the hotel was busy it never felt busy in the lifts or on our floor.
My Wife LOVED the spa treatments which was "the best spent money on our holiday" unfortunately i was unable to.
All in all a great experience with the hotel and place, we will definitely consider this hotel for future travel to Mumbai.

Cons:

Pool is not family friendly- with the water depth, the cold temperature and having limited space for changing/shower and drying.
Breakfast was good- just always running out of staples like bread, tea & Juice- it felt rude to keep asking the already busy servers.

Pros:

The staff are fantastic, I stayed on the 4th floor, shanker and his team were really helpful

Cons:

The rooms are outdated and need complete refurb. The clubs blasting music from 10pm till the early hours,

Kept getting scam WhatsApp messages which said they were from the Ramee, but I don’t believe they were. I’m not sure if their system is hacked or Booking.com itself is hacked.

Ok comfortable but not somewhere I’d stay again

The location was close to local shops and Bandra, Santacruz

Cons:

The surroundings amenities need upgrading and we were given room on a smoking floor - the hotel needs upgrading room was ok but bathroom was not clean sink tap had come lose. Was not up to the standard for the price we paid
