The hotel has good ameities as restaurants and night club so easy to spend time and the food at Nusara was very nice

Cons:

The hotel could do with a exterior paint job and make it look for appealing.

Breakfast is fine with spreads. Property is nearer to coast.

Cons:

The property needs facelift. Don't choose upper floors as party is happening with loud music till 3am. Room has the slight moist stringy smell.

Overall, it was an average stay.
Pros:

Rooms are great, good quality food and decent staff. Staff at reception can be more hospitable, they can’t handle multiple guests checking in/out simultaneously.

Cons:

The club on the upper floors is open until 3-4am. There isn’t enough sound proofing n vibrations from the base can be felt to the rooms on the lower floors, makes it very tough to get a good night’s sleep. Also, housekeeping staff, when maintaining the hallways, is banging their vacuums against the room doors, making it a nuisance.
