Basic hotel with friendly staff but let down by the lack of air conditioning in our room.
Pros:

Good location close to the Millennium Centre. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Air con not working in the room. Very uncomfortable as a result despite staff providing fans.

Felt very welcomed and confortable.
Pros:

All the staff I came across were really friendly and helpful. It was easy to ask for and get veggie sausage for breakfast. Lovely to eat breakfast overlooking the old dock (now a lake). Very quiet but walkable to city centre.

Pros:

Staff, rooms were bigger than we thought, beds very comfortable even though they were 2 singles pushed together, bathrooms very nice.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't ready at time they start 6.30, no milk for our coffee at breakfast.

Comfy bed, location ok - probably bit overpriced
Pros:

Warm welcome at reception. Good location. Nice shower & comfy beds

Cons:

Breakfast disappointed. Lack of cutlery & crockery and breakfast area very messy. Witnessed a member of staff speak very rudely to a guest when the guest pointed out there were no plates.

Great hotel big shout out to Sam at front desk
Pros:

The staff were friendly and so helpful big shout out to Sam at front desk giving us info on places to visit and sourcing us a travel cot especially as a last minute booking rooms were clean and everything you needed in them

Short Break
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable for a short stay and clean with air conditioning. We were given a quiet room has requested. The bathroom was very modern with a good shower.

Cons:

The room could have done with a freshen up in some paintwork. The breakfast was acceptable but could do with a bit more choice in cereal.
