Dont think 100 for a single night in rooms of them sizes is accaptable

o Air Cooler do quarto não estava funcionando. Basicamente, dormimos numa sauna. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, mas estava lotado e não havia disponibilidade. Nos arranjaram dois ventiladores, os quais não fizeram a mínima diferença, devido à intensidade do calor. O chuveiro saia pouca água. Café da manhã super básico. Os funcionários o máximo que conseguiram fazer foi dizer que sentiam muito. A gerência só é acessível por email, segundo a recepcionista da manhã. Ao final, ficamos num péssimo hotel, pagando o preço de um hotel de alto nível. Experiência para esquecer.

Unfortunately, any positive thoughts, were totally forgotten, due to the large list of dreadful negatives. Yes, our stay coincided with the extremely hot weather, however we checked before arrival, that the rooms had air conditioning and were assured that there was an air cooling system. I guess they were obviously thinking about the couple of basic half broken, plug in fans, that you might get, if you were lucky!! We were told that they would bring one to our room, when this didn't happen we personally had to search for one the next morning when people were checking out. The temperature in our room, would have broken all the health and safety rules possible! The window in the room was fixed with a security stop, which also wouldn't close, meaning that there was a lot of traffic noise. There was virtually no water pressure, so the shower trickled and the tap on the basin, was so badly fitted, that you couldn't turn on the cold water, as the lever was stopped by the side of the basin. Basically I would strongly advise you not to use this hotel. Belonging to the IHG chain suggests a reasonable standard, unfortunately this one failed.

The breakfast could of benefited with fried eggs. We were a bit concerned to be told when we were checking out that we owed £12 from the bar when we paid cash at the time and the cost was £8.40.!!

Parcheggio a pagamento non dichiarato da nessuna parte (basta scriverlo...). Chiediamo se possiamo arrivare una mezz'oretta prima del check-in e la risposta è "potreste non trovare pronta la camera..."... e va beh pazienza, aspetteremo... arriviamo dopo l'orario di check-in (ci siamo organizzati...), ma la camera non è ancora pronta... Ma allora!!!
Meno male che il personale è stato più che gentile e che la distanza dal centro è pari a un quarto d'ora..

The air conditioning could not cope with the extreme temperatures . The first 2 nights were unbearable and we had very little sleep. Electric fans were provided for the last night which improved.

No air conditioning, stayed in the June heatwave and the room was unbearably hot.

Lack of storage in bedroom for stays in excess of one night and ineffective aircon. Purple TV in lounge area for World Cup match.

Not enough staff, aircon horrendous, lots of customers complaining! £10 a night car parking charge in their own car park they own!

Air conditioning could be better.

Less accessible now that roads blocked off due to massive building works being carried out in the bay.
