I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are loads at this price and I would say much better value

The coffee in the room was chargeable. We asked for tea bags and they asked £10 for 4 tea bags.

Breakfast was £20. Not worth it at all.

El personal que nos recibió al llegar, específicamente Anna, no esta preparada para atender al huésped, desinformada, sin conocimiento a cerca de formas y modalidades de pago, nos insistía en que solo se podia pagar en reales... Por suerte apareció el encargado/gerente que facilitó las cosas explicándole a ella que no habia ningun problema y Nos atendió acorde a un hotel de 5 estrellas.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

The room was extremely small, and there was a lot of noise around it, making it difficult to relax. I asked several times to be moved to a different room, but the staff told me that no other rooms were available.

The food was below average and did not meet my expectations. What surprised me the most was that I was charged BRL 250 for any guest visiting me at the hotel. I travel frequently and stay in hotels all over the world, and I have never experienced such a policy before.

In addition, a receptionist named Vicente was extremely rude and unprofessional during my interactions with him, which made my experience even worse.

Overall, this was not the level of service or hospitality I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel.
