Pros:

Friendly welcome, great location, clean and comfortable. The weather was bad so we did not get a chance to try the pool but it looked great.

Cons:

Having to pay for the coffee in the room. Only the water was complimentary. At this price point I expected more.

Cordialidade E atenção dos funcionários, cuidados em cada detalhe. Disponibilidade de água mineral é essencial para oferecer conforto!

Cons:

A televisão, apesar de ser smarTV, não permitia acesso à Netflix ou outros streamings.... A disponibilidade de canais era muito restrita e reduziu mais ainda durante o dia chuvoso. A questão do streaming precisa ser resolvida urgentemente, hoje em dia faz muita diferença.

Desde a minha chegada de uber no Hotel, fui recebida muito bem pela pessoua que pegou minha mala. Depois na recepção, fui atendida extremamente bem. O quarto impecável com cheirinho gostoso, lencol cheiroso! Sem contar que todo o time do Hotel me enviou um presentinho pois eu disse que estava gravida.
Faz tempo que não sou tao bem atendida! Treinamento do Hotel esta de parabens! Todos os funcionarios extremamente educados. Desde a pessoa das malas, seguranca, garcom, mensageiro!
Estou encantanda com o Hotel!

Great stay, I would come back!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, staff super friendly and eager to help. Location-wise cant be better. Also the view from the terrace!

Cons:

Bathrooms didnt have extractors or windows, so you take a shower and the steam fills the room.
