Pros:

The front desk recommended several restaurants and helped us book a great one. The bellman was also very friendly and helpful . Uber works everywhere and even a return taxi accepted credit cards do no cash needed

Given a disabled Room
Pros:

We were told we were upgraded to this hotel from its sister hotel across the road the Windsor Martinique . The hotel has a modern reception , checking was extremely slow even having 6 people behind reception, complementary drink was a nice touch , we were given a room for disabled people(513) but not told at reception and had I have been staying more than one night would have requested a change . The toilet seat was badly broken and for this standard hotel should have been changed promptly . The bathroom sink was very low , disabled access , one bedroom light was always dimly on .
Breakfast options are great and service at breakfast was also great . Porter services were also very good , being prompt and friendly .

Cons:

Odamdan hamamböceği çıktı.1 gün önce de odada ilaç kokusu vardı yani temizlik ekibi orada bir yuva olduğunu biliyordu. Ancak 5 dakika içerisinde beni aynı konumda bir odaya yerleştirdiker, defalarca özür dilediler ve odaya şampanya ile meyve tabağı gönderdiler.

Tired 3 star hotel at best
Pros:

This is not a 5 star hotel. The common areas are small cramped and uninviting. The hotel is dated and the rooms whilst large are soulless and very dark. The staff are underwhelming. The rooftop area is tiny and gets very crowded. The breakfast was poor so we ate out each day.
