Alte Möbel, die regelrecht auseinanderfallen. Eine sehr laute Straße in der Nähe. Deprimierende Farben im Zimmer. Die Türen quietschen wie in einem Horrorfilm. In Zimmer 113 ist der Abfluss des Waschbeckens verstopft.

Pros:

Colazione a buffet (non compresa nel prezzo) sufficientemente guarnita. Possibilità di fruire anche di un semplice caffè e brioche a prezzo contenuto.
Ubicazione in area molto ben servita dai trasporti pubblici, che permettono il collegamento diretto con il terminal di Venezia.

Cons:

L'arredo della camera è piuttosto antiquato. In particolare l'armadio andrebbe riparato.
Una fornitura maggiore di sapone monodose sarebbe preferibile.
