El personal muy amable, en especial Monica y él de la recepción que hablaba español (se me olvido el nombre), ya que nos dieron mucha ayuda con tips para actividades e incluso Monica a la hora de la comida.

The spa was nice but too crowded hence we were not able to get into jacuzzi indoor or outdoor…
The room was dump and smelled like a suede and was cold as well all night. Clearer has left used sleepers in the room and the whole experience with the restaurant food was so very disappointing as well. It supposed to be a romantic get away with my husband unfortunately it was not one…

Le petit déjeuner était parfait avec beaucoup de choix. L'hôtel est très bien décoré dans un style nordique. Très joli. La piscine, le jacuzzi et le sauna à l'extérieur, magnifique !

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. The little balconies in the rooms with Mountain View’s were lovely.
The spa was very disappointing - the sauna was a very small barrel sauna that wasn’t hot enough and the outdoor hot tub was also too cold.
Do not hire the ski equipment from the hotel as our gear was more than a season old with a lot of scratches. One of our party was given skis that had massive cuts in them.
The ski lockers on the north side of the hotel were also too small and there was not enough space to sit down and put equipment on.
The decor is odd - in the breakfast room there are large fake tree trunks right in front of the breakfast area making it difficult to access the food.
It’s our second time in Lykke after our hiking trip in summer. Great hotel for the price. Breakfast was amazing, spa is also great after a skiing day - it was not crowded at all which we appreciated.
Great view from the window although our summer view on the fourth floor was a bit better (Mont Blanc view!).
Enough heaters to dry ski clothes in the room which was great and important, especially the bathroom one.
Very knowledgeable staff who helped us to get to the slopes in the most efficient way.
Really liked the idea of a water carafe and a water tap in the corridor, we spent zero money on buying bottled water in the supermarkets (which is often the case in trips)
Although the location was not bad, in summer it is a bit more convenient as it’s right next to the station while in winter you have to walk to the nearest bus stop for up to 10 min (which in ski boots feels like forever).
The shower was a bit annoying as well as the doors leaked which caused flooding sometimes.
Our summer room in the main building had more storage space in the room (drawers, shelves) which was sometimes lacking in the room that we got this time. There was practically no closet and we had to keep most of our clothes in the suitcase/on the chairs.
Hopefully, when we come back in summer we get a better room (with Mont Blanc and a closet) :)
Nice hotel, friendly staff, standard room was bigger than other standard rooms in other hotels. Good for skying, you have many facilities such as locker rooms, ski rentals etc. Close to the city center.
A bit far from the slopes although you had free bus connections. Not the hotel fault as the location was clearly advertised.
Bel hôtel Lykke très bien situé. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Personnel dévoué. Piscine et spa magnifique. Buffet du petit déjeuner très fourni et varié. C'est la troisième fois qu'on y va et on reviendra encore !
