Please note that the rooms are located in 2 buildings separated by an alley.

Please note that eating is not permitted in the spa. The hammam, sauna, and whirlpool baths are prohibited for children under 12 years of age. Children may only access the pool area if accompanied by an adult. The aquatic area is reserved for adults from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any cancelation of a service (treatments, massages, etc.) less than 24 hours in advance will result in full payment for the service.

Please note that we will perform a pre-authorization on your credit card upon your arrival. The amount will be released on the day following check-out. Depending on your bank, this amount may appear as a charge for up to 14 days after the transaction.

Please note that the parking area is underground and cramped. The maximum height is 6.2 feet, the width 7.9 feet, and the length 18 feet.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur le mont blanc. Hôtel confortable avec un accès facile à la piscine et spa (à volonté)
Petit déjeuner extraordinaire avec des produits de qualité.

Cons:

La literie est trop ferme (sommeil perturbé et mal au dos au réveil)
Service ménage à revoir: Un matin, la chambre n'a pas été faite (alors que nous avions mis la pancarte sur la porte) et après l'avoir fait remarquer, ils ont fait un ménage express mais donc pas du tout de qualité. pour un 4 étoiles c'est très décevant.

Localização central que permite fácil acesso a todos os pontos principais ( lojas, caminho de ferro, transportes públicos para as zonas de ski.
Bom pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Hotel grande tem apenas 1 elevador. O elevador avariou 2 vezes durante a estadia. Foi complicado subir as escadas para os quarto, quando alguns dos hóspedes têm problemas de mobilidade.

Deux jours superbes à Chamonix
Pros:

L’accueil du personnel, le confort de la chambre avec un balcon vue Mont-Blanc, le SPA, l’accueil des chiens, l’emplacement proche du centre et des gares.

Pros:

Very good location cluse to station but only 5 mins walk to ski bus and 10 mins to centre of town. Recent refurb so all lovely and new. Liked the Scandi style. Spa was lovely but not huge so could get busy.

Cons:

Breakfast looked good but was a bit pricey.
