Please note that eating is not permitted in the spa. The hammam, sauna, and whirlpool baths are prohibited for children under 12 years of age. Children may only access the pool area if accompanied by an adult. The aquatic area is reserved for adults from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any cancelation of a service (treatments, massages, etc.) less than 24 hours in advance will result in full payment for the service.
Please note that we will perform a pre-authorization on your credit card upon your arrival. The amount will be released on the day following check-out. Depending on your bank, this amount may appear as a charge for up to 14 days after the transaction.
Please note that the parking area is underground and cramped. The maximum height is 6.2 feet, the width 7.9 feet, and the length 18 feet.

Every thing was easy to understand and the way it worked out

Die Wassertemperatur des Spas war nicht ganz warm wie in einem grossen Spa. Die Jacuzzi draussen war für 4 Personen sehr klein. Die Jacuzzi drinnen war ziemlich unbequem.
Lärm im Gang in der Nacht.

Le dîner en demi-pension est vraiment qualitatif et copieux, beaucoup de choix au petit-déjeuner.
Le personnel est adorable, disponible.
Le SPA, propre avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se détendre. Pratique, le 18-20 réservé aux adultes.
Seul bémol, qui reste un détail : le choix de thé et tisane dans la chambre + pas de tasse. Les verres en céramiques sont brûlants, donc impossible de boire sa boisson chaude + seuls choix thé noir et tisane au réglisse. Deux choix assez peu universels, il faudrait mettre des produits plus "classiques".
Hotel luxueux et tres propre, tres bien situé, personnel à l'écoute et courtois,nourriture parfaite,déjeuner copieux.

Non c'è una spa. Solo una piscina con 2 mini vasche idromassaggio. Troppo affollata. Chiedono 20€ all'arrivo se vuoi fare il check-in prima delle 16. Non capisco perché non lo comunicano in anticipo questo sovrapprezzo quando lo richiedi.

Camera minuscola praticamente senza punti di appoggio. Molto caro in proporzione alla tipologia di camera. Nel complesso più un 3 stelle che un 4.
