Please note that the rooms are located in 2 buildings separated by an alley.

Please note that eating is not permitted in the spa. The hammam, sauna, and whirlpool baths are prohibited for children under 12 years of age. Children may only access the pool area if accompanied by an adult. The aquatic area is reserved for adults from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any cancelation of a service (treatments, massages, etc.) less than 24 hours in advance will result in full payment for the service.

Please note that we will perform a pre-authorization on your credit card upon your arrival. The amount will be released on the day following check-out. Depending on your bank, this amount may appear as a charge for up to 14 days after the transaction.

Please note that the parking area is underground and cramped. The maximum height is 6.2 feet, the width 7.9 feet, and the length 18 feet.

Animals are welcome in our bar and restaurant when there is no buffet.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Le restaurant de l hôtel est super digne d un 4 étoiles et les prix très correct. Le personnel est adorable.
La piscine au top .
Je conseils fortement cette hôtel et j en ai fait beaucoup a chamonix.

Cons:

Peut-être une armoire, l hiver avec des combinaisons etc çà doit être compliqué..
Mais rien de grave vraiment.

Relaxing and indulgent
Pros:

I loved the decor and calm ambience for tge space. The water fountain at end of corridor was great, as was having a kettle & coffee machine in the room. Spa facilities were lovely.

Cons:

Only thing i can think of is it would have been good if the swimming pool had a spin drier for swimwear after swimming.
