Please note that eating is not permitted in the spa. The hammam, sauna, and whirlpool baths are prohibited for children under 12 years of age. Children may only access the pool area if accompanied by an adult. The aquatic area is reserved for adults from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any cancelation of a service (treatments, massages, etc.) less than 24 hours in advance will result in full payment for the service.

Please note that we will perform a pre-authorization on your credit card upon your arrival. The amount will be released on the day following check-out. Depending on your bank, this amount may appear as a charge for up to 14 days after the transaction.

Please note that the parking area is underground and cramped. The maximum height is 6.2 feet, the width 7.9 feet, and the length 18 feet.

Pros:

מיקום מעולה, עיצוב מקסים, ארוחת בוקר נהדרת. ספא נפלא במיוחד בסיום יום הליכה מפרך. שודרגנו לחדר גדול יותר ללא עלות.
אין ספק שאם נגיע פעם נוספת לשאמוני נבחר במלון הזה. בכל מקרה ממליצים לכולם.

מלון נפלא, מעוצב יפה. שודרגנו לחדר גדול יותר עם נוף למון בלאן. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטעימה ממש. ספר נהדר עם בריכה ג׳קוזי הוט טאב בחוץ וחמאם. התחלנו את הטרק שלנו מהמלון וסיימנו לשני לילות נוספים. צוות לבבי ועזר בכל שאלה שלנו. מומלץ מאוד

God beliggenhed men dårlig service fra personal samt hygiejne i buffeten.

Beliggenhed var super

Cons:

De var meget griske og spurgte konstant efter om alt var betalt i forhold til Pakering, selvom alt var på plads. Dog spurgte de ikke ind til om kloak lugten forsvandt på første værelse.
Morgenmadsbuffet var uden håndsprit og der var ikke små servietter når man skulle skære brød.

prime location in Chamonix
Pros:

very responsive over e-mail and very helpful. the information provided prior to our stay allowed us to plan ahead. they assisted in booking a table in a restaurant, We requested a TA breakfast and everything was ready, when one of my friends was injured, they helped him a lot.
the facilities were great - the rooms, the spa and the food (both onsite and TA)

Great short stay
Pros:

Great location. Close to downtown but far enough away to be quiet at night.

Comfortable beds

They were super helpful in arranging a reasonably priced car for 6 people from and back to Geneva.

Cons:

We visited in the summertime and closing the pool, sauna area at 8pm was a bit early.

No hair conditioner

Cons:

The property advertises the spa to be included in the price. The spa has limited opening hours. In the summer, it closes at 8pm. So if you plan on dinning out, you have a very limited window to actually enjoy it. We barely got 30min of it. For the price of the room, the overall services are not worth it.
