Please note that eating is not permitted in the spa. The hammam, sauna, and whirlpool baths are prohibited for children under 12 years of age. Children may only access the pool area if accompanied by an adult. The aquatic area is reserved for adults from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any cancelation of a service (treatments, massages, etc.) less than 24 hours in advance will result in full payment for the service.
Please note that we will perform a pre-authorization on your credit card upon your arrival. The amount will be released on the day following check-out. Depending on your bank, this amount may appear as a charge for up to 14 days after the transaction.
Please note that the parking area is underground and cramped. The maximum height is 6.2 feet, the width 7.9 feet, and the length 18 feet.

The location is perfect, the rooms are very clean and spacious and the bed is comfortable,, the facilities are nice.
The food choice for the dinner booked in the evening with half board is too limited and every day is the same.
The spa facilities are really nice but the indoor pool is very cold, it wasn't heated.
The staff is super helpful, rooms have very nice views and next to everything

The room was very spacious and offered a stunning mountain view. The bathroom was excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good. The view was exceptional, and the spa facilities were also of a high standard.
