Please note that the rooms are located in 2 buildings separated by an alley.

Please note that eating is not permitted in the spa. The hammam, sauna, and whirlpool baths are prohibited for children under 12 years of age. Children may only access the pool area if accompanied by an adult. The aquatic area is reserved for adults from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any cancelation of a service (treatments, massages, etc.) less than 24 hours in advance will result in full payment for the service.

Please note that we will perform a pre-authorization on your credit card upon your arrival. The amount will be released on the day following check-out. Depending on your bank, this amount may appear as a charge for up to 14 days after the transaction.

Please note that the parking area is underground and cramped. The maximum height is 6.2 feet, the width 7.9 feet, and the length 18 feet.

Clean rooms, good location except loud from construction and train. The staff was very nice and I loved the bag storage.

Pros:

When we booked the hotel, we didn't notice that it was located right next to the railway tracks. However, it appeared that trains do not run at night, so it didn't really bother us.

We had also pre-booked lunches and dinners, and I can say that the dinner portions are huge. We managed to finish the full three-course menu only once, and it was a real challenge. The food itself was delicious, and the chef was even willing to prepare dishes on request that were not on the menu.

The staff were very friendly and happy to help with our questions about hiking trails and local activities. The spa was also excellent, with scenic views of the Aiguille du Midi.

Cons:

While the dinners were truly exceptional, the breakfast could definitely be improved. The pancakes and waffles were quite dry, the filter coffee ran out quickly every morning, etc.

There could also be a wider variety of options, like overnight oats and so on.

Fantastic hotel in great location with great facilities
Pros:

Great location with car parking available on site or in a public car park right alongside. Good Spa facilities available in building on the opposite side of the road (not a problem) - clean and welcoming - great breakfast choice.
