This is the worst hotel i have seen in my life. Checked in here at 3.30 am on 9th of June and the lobby and facade all seems nice. I was given a room and as soon as i entered the room there were 2 things wrong. First the aircondition was not working as i wanted and secondly the air coming out of the aircondition was full of mould and other particles. I informed the night manager Sanket and he showed me 3 more rooms which were all the same and worse and one of them smelt like ciggaretes. I did shower because i reached dubai from London in the first room. I could not live there and checked out. I have been waiting for a refund from hotels.com as i think there should not advertsis this hotel as a luxury hotel. Whoever is reading my review needs to inspect this hotel before putting it in the luxury category.

We stay at Savoy Suites for a total of 6 nights, the breakfast was wonderful, there were many options to satisfy different needs. I would say the best part of our experience was the staff, the service from the staff was exceptional in my opinion. I would definitely stay there again if I were to go to Dubai. Location was good for going to the Spice and Gold Souk and Indian Shopping.

Front staff behavior is not professional way and not received any VIP benefits and their gym equipments doesn’t work you will get good hotels near this area please choose different one .

The reception staff were great Sankirth in particular. Imran the helper was awesome.the breakfast we all enjoyed a lot. In particular the Indian breakfast. Overall a good experience and will return to this place.

I would not recommend this place it unless you are forced to be in that area. Main bedroom smelled moldy. They claim "Washer/Dryer" per Expedia, but you are expected to hang your clothes in the balcony area! Washing machine smelled bad and seemed to have never been cleaned.

Overall stay in Savoy suits hotel was very good. Staff was amazing. Food was excellent. Room was clean and staff was changing sheets daily or second daily. Lots of staff was organised from hotel or just to ask staff to do that for you. I am speechless.
Not the best hotel choice for Dubai 7s Rugby fans, who have a tendency to enjoy a beer or three with their sport - not only in the stadium, but also in the evenings after the matches have ended. The Savoy Suites does not have a bar, and does not serve alcohol in any other areas such as the pool, or main lobby. If we had realised this, my friends and I would not have booked this hotel. It would be helpful if this deficiency could be clearly pointed out on the hotels.com entry for this property.
We arrived late and upon entry to room the bathroom had a significant leak - the staff quickly repaired but at 2am the last thing you want is to have to wait for room repairs on a vacated room. Secondly you have to turn the hot water on in room which we were not told about and switch location and signage is poor - so a cold shower wasnt a great start to next day

The stay was ok, The staff were kind and friendly . Balcony door is not soundproofing.
