Hotel bardzo doby, świetnie zlokalizowany blisko plaży oraz przystanku autobusowego. Autobusem można dostać się do centrum Alicante. Śniada w hotelu bardzo smaczne, świeże, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, wymiana ręczników . Polecam

All was fine.
Pros:

No shampoo and conditioner in the shower, no kettle or cups in the room, no mini fridge in the room.

Good value hotel
Pros:

I booked this hotel for the location. Close to the lovely promenade and 1.49 euro on the bus to Alicante. Bus stop right outside the entrance door. A shop across the road which sells anything and everything. Fresh fruit shop and mini market a short walk away. A few seafront restaurants visited rather than dining in the hotel. Menu appeared to be a limited set menu for lunch and dinner.
I found the hotel very pleasant. Despite the bad reviews. The decor looked reasonably fresh. Bedrooms cleaned daily. Bathrooms modern with waterfall shower. No fridge or kettle in the room which would have been handy. Though a freshly made Americano for 1.70 euro was a great alternative.

Good but a bit expensive for it's level
Pros:

The location is very good, the great San Juan beach in 2 minutes' walk, great restaurants are nearby, and a lot of free parking is available

Cons:

The balcony might not be perfect with a toddler in the room, as it is easily climbable, and a simple divider between balconies might not give you the full privacy. The elevators are a bit small and old, and just 2 for a very big hotel.

A few minor improvements to the room’s amenities would make it a great choice.
Pros:

The staff, specifically the restaurant staff, were very nice, helpful and accommodating.
The location is great for families; very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and stores.
The rooms are spacious with a nice balcony with partial view of the ocean. Nice swimming pool.

Cons:

The amenities in the room are very minimum; no refrigerator, no coffee maker, no kettle, no microwave, no smart TV, no drawers for clothes .

Bien placé près de la mer, petit déjeuner copieux service correcte.

Cons:

Pour la saison la chambre était fraiche et la position chaude ne fonctionnait pas ni dans la chambre ni le radiateur sèche serviette, au vu d'un temps maussade et très changeant un peu de chaleur aurait été plus agréable.
