Bella struttura
Pros:

Struttura in ottima posizione sul lungomare di San Juan a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia. Letti e cuscini comodi, alloggiavamo all’ottavo piano e avevamo una vista stupenda! Parcheggio facile in zona gratuito

Cons:

Colazione un po’ cara 17€ a testa, abbiamo optato per farla al bar sempre all’interno della struttura purtroppo poca scelta, solo cornetti poco farciti la maggior parte vuoti.

Me pareció indignante, que no te denieguen el pago de la tarjeta, por que está caducada según ellos, la tarjeta caduca en octubre de 2026 y está vigente durante todo el mes de hecho he pagado y sigo pagando con ella sin ningún problema (de hechos en este puente solo he utilizado esta tarjeta y no he tenido ningún tipo de problemas en ningún restaurante, tiendas y El Corte Inglés que estuvimos comprando y transporte público. Además tuve que realizar el pago por transferencia porque sino perdía la reserva y seguían insistiendo en que la tanguera estaba caducada. además tuve que llamar varias veces para que me confirmaran que el pago estaba correcto y la atención en algunos de los casos que estaban hasta arriba y no daban abasto, no contestaron a mi mail después de insistir varias veces y al final tuve que ponerlo también a través del mensaje desde booking, hay ya si contestaron. Vamos que les daba igual como tenían demanda y prefieren a los extranjeros que a los españoles. En una palabra o pagas o la reserva se cancela.

Great value for money, good location.
Pros:

Location to the beach front just set back a block. Bus right outside for 25 min ride into Alicante centre.

Cons:

Quite noisy at night from outside. We were right by the bus stop nd only one floor up!

Amazing hotel, very nice place, gorgeous beach.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, night time staff were amazing. Had a laugh with the lads.

Cons:

The bed was small, previously we had a double and a single. This time it was just two singles which was the only negative.

Very good stay
Pros:

Great location steps away from the San Juan beach, good local restaurants and bars, and access to team/bus to go to Alicante centre. Rooms have very comfortable beds and quiet aircon. Have stayed at the hotel several times and will continue to.

Cons:

It’s a shame the rooms don’t have a small fridge as standard. Also, I find it unreasonable to charge (2 euros/day) for use of the room safe. As everywhere, room neighbours can sometimes be heard through the walls and on the terraces if loud-ish.

Vis de vacanta neaparat de repetat
Pros:

Hotel in zona Castilla cu camera mare, confort, curat, langa plaja si aproape de statie autobuz pentru Puerta del Mar, in port, unde schimbi pentru autobuzul spre aeroport. Servicii de calitate, la receptie am gasit un baiat foarte amabil, care ne a gasit canera cu 5 ore inainte de check in prevazut.
Plaja imensa, faleza imensa, apa marii superba care se adanceste treptat pe distante mari, si peste tot nisip foarte fin, si in apa, si pe plaja.

Cons:

Bauturile la micul dejun ar putea fi mai de calitate.. plicurile de ceai.. laptele nu era lapte..
