Pros:

Hôtel propre, personnel agréable, très bon rapport qualité - prix.
Très belle vue!
Très proche de la plage ce qui est génial !
Le fait d'avoir la station de bus devant l'hôtel c'est un grand atout, car on a la possibilité d'arriver facilement au centre ville d'Alicante et pas seulement, très bonne correspondance pour l'aéroport !
Je conseille fortement !

Cons:

Le fait qu'on a pas eu le menu en français c'était un inconvénient vu le nombre important des touristes français ( je suis roumaine établie en France )
J'avoue que j'ai eu du mal a choisir mon repas ...

Pros:

Good hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. The only thing missing in the room was a kettle. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Disappointing
Pros:

Good location, close to the promenade and beaches, and easy to reach from Alicante city centre by tram.
The hotel overall feels quite run down, and fairly basic. The bedroom was also quite basic and not very attractive.
Hotel bar was closed by 2230, so the vending machine on the road outside was the only option for a bottle of water.
Breakfast was really poor. Poor choice, poor quality, and hot items were cold.

Great location right next to the beach!!!
Pros:

Great location, so close to the beautiful beach & it is very easy to get into the city on the tram or bus. The staff are lovely & friendly, the room was a great size & the food was delicious also.
