Swimming pool, staff, felt like home. Parking, position of hotel
BREAKFAST ONLY UNTIL 8.30AM!!!!!! Check in only after 4!! Seems like the hotel is trying to make money by hoping people there will sleep in so wont make it downstairs. Car park now public so no guarantee of a space. Coffee in the rooms sadly the worst I've every had anywhere. We love the hotel and stayed many times but its so gone downhill
All staff very nice, special shout out to night porter. I dont know his name, but his service was exceptional.
Food, I tried only breakfast, but I wouldn't recommend it at all. Im sorry.

The hotel was very nice and clean. My room was very nice. It was spacious and the location was brilliant as it was quiet. Even the garden at the rear of the hotel was lovely to sit out in, in the evening. Craig the manager was very friendly and helpful. The staff were friendly too. Would recommend this hotel.
Friendly staff, clean hotel food and drink priced well.
I'll definitely be returning because everything was perfect for me during my stay the first week in July 2026.
It's a lovely hotel and the rooms are well equipped, spotless and the mattress was fabulous and I slept well.
I used the leisure facilities twice and thoroughly enjoyed the spa and pool.
The hotel is in a nice area within a short walk to the lovely gardens, beach and shops.
Finally the food was good and the staff were very nice.

The room. Very oppressive room as in eaves of building. Very hot too

Breakfast has to be one of the worst breakfasts I've had, dry cold, and when I ordered, it was on my table in 30 seconds. Clearly, not fresh. Really let this hotel down.
Excellent location, clean and friendly.
The room was very very hot. We did attend during a heatwave, but would expect a fan in the room given the temperature as there was no aircon.
Good central location..spotlessly clean..friendly,efficient staff who go out of their way to help..special call out to Craig for exceeding this customer’s expectations…bar prices good…WiFi excellent…plentiful extra comfortable seating in lounge and bar areas…peaceful,secluded garden,again with plentiful seating….pool a nice extra in the heatwave we’re just experiencing.
Came with an Alfa coach party..driver Dominic ..relaxed and humorous..a real performer and an excellent driver.

We had a week here with Alfa holidays. The hotel was good staff friendly and efficient. Meals were good. Our room was a superior room large and airy with biscuits drinks and water. The hotel manager Craig came on the coach to welcome us and when we left came to say goodbye. Our driver Paul was excellent really nice guy and knowledgeable and also very knowledgeable about the area. Will be booking again with Alfa.
Breakfast was good staff very helpful and welcoming.
First room we stayed in was awful and drab
2nd visit was much better better room light and airy.

Staff super attentive and friendly.
Coaches of seniors, nothing against seniors but at breakfast there was only one other group that was under 70. Felt like I was on the set of the film Cocoon. The menu caters more to this age range. Breakfast could be updated.
Also bedroom floor was very squeaky with every step. Small fridge or bottles of water in the room would be more standard these days also, some variety of teas, mint tea?
