We came for a weekend break and the hotel was a highlight of our visit, so central and comfy
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Lovely comfy room and we liked having a covered balcony. The singers in the bar each evening were great too.

it was perfect for the one night we stayed location and staff great

Cons:

The cooked breakfast came out in approximately 3 minutes...it was obviously pre cooked and was very crusty...disappointing.

Cons:

I wasn't allowed to swim at all, because I was on my own and no other guests were using the pool during my stay, you should change that rule! Disappointed a lot about that , but I will come again, because everything else was excellent!!

Never Again
Pros:

Absolutely shocking stay me and my wife left the hotel by 22.30. We stayed in an executive double room so was expecting a large comfy bed god no it was 2 single beds pushed together which were hard as a plank of wood. I’ll give the night guy on reception credit he did try to give us another room like ours but had same outcome bed was rock solid (we stayed in room 301). Hotel definitely gone downhill stayed there a good few times before and never had this problem total waste of money >:(

Excellent venue, lovely weekend break!!
Pros:

We have stayed at the Norfolk Royale Hotel in Bournemouth many times, always found it very clean, lovely rooms, staff are friendly and welcoming!! Great food and well situated for the beach and shops!!

Cons:

Not sure you could have improved on much!!

Great location with really warm pool and jucuzzi
Pros:

Excellent location and really friendly staff. The receptionist was lovely and went out of her way to bring me soya milk for my tea. Fantastic pool and jacuzzi! Hotel looks beautiful and impressive from the outside.

Cons:

The bed was so unbelievably hard, we both woke up with bad backs. The decor for the room and dining room was very dated and the branding of the parent company was very budget-looking
