Ninguém para ajudar na mala, fiquei no quarto de família o banheiro horrível , chuveiro pequeno caindo aquela água grossa, no outro dia o chão todo úmido, horrível

A maior vantagem do hotel é que fica muito próximo ao aeroporto.
A ducha é boa

Cons:

Não tem cofre no quarto( outros hotéis IBIS tem)
O armario( sem portas) nao tem cabides para pendurar roupa( em outros IBIS os armários tem portas e tem cabides)
A iluminação do quarto é fraca, e uma das lâmpadas de cabeceira da cama estava queimada
O wi-fi é muito lento.

O conforto das instalações, a limpeza impecável e a praticidade da localização completam uma experiência realmente positiva. Sem dúvida, recomendo o hotel e parabenizo toda a equipe pelo excelente serviço prestado.

Boa localização, próximo ao aeroporto.

Cons:

Cama e travesseiro desconfortaveis, colchão afundando e travesseiro muito mole. Porta do box do banheiro nao fecha direito e fica entrando para dentro quando se está tomando banho. Nao forneceram toalhas de rosto, somente de banho.
