Da recepção, cheguei 22h e fiquei um bom tempo aguardando recepcionista para entregar a chave.

Não precisava de nada luxuoso, porém a falta de limpeza foi muito ruim

A limpeza do quarto não foi bem feita, as toalhas estavam bem sujas. O elevador tem sérios problemas. As frutas do café da manhã eram meio ruins.
