Struttura storica conservata come un tempo (arredi e complementi della hall). Posizione comodissima. Stanza pulitissima e molto spaziosa.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo: seppur ottimo hotel, è leggermente caro. Ristorante sopravvalutato e caro.

The hotel had a lot of history and was in a good location.
The room was very small and the air-conditioning was noisy and didn't work that well.
Beautiful lobby and the layout of our suite with 2 bedrooms. 3 beds and a shared bathroom along with windows with lots of light. The hotel offers a great location.
Location
Room wax very small and tight - looked nothing like photos on website
Super fancy, downtown, excellent experience!
N/A
Not Applicable. It’s the center of a small but fun, smart, western city. Should be publicised much more as it’s unique , interesting and very hospitable.
The desk could have directed us to more things that could have been ‘ happening’ in town.
Hard to fault this hotel. Amazing atmosphere and lobby. Friendly staff that are happy to assist. Hotel is centrally located and walking distance to everything downtown.
We stayed in room 802, definitely not haunted so ignore those reviews that say it is. We noticed nothing weird or scary so not sure why the media hype. Yes, the beds are squeaky but that’s because you move in them.
Location. Front desk Cynthia was great.
No room for legs while using the toilet. Bathroom sink/counter way too high.
Overall, we really liked the hotel. Its location to the Rapid City airport was excellent. They were centrally located for everything in the Rapid City area. The room was very comfortable as well as the staff being very nice and helpful (great restaurant suggestions). Parking on the street was usually easily available near the hotel and cheap (nights and weekends free). The hotel was easy driving distance to the Badlands and Devil's Tower. The early opening for Starbucks attached to hotel was awesome for East Coast visitors like us waking up at 5 AM for a needed caffeine infusion. I can't think of one bad thing to say about this Hotel or Rapid City. Indeed, this hotel gave us the opportunity to see what a hidden gem Rapid City is (Dhal Art gallery, The Spoon restaurant, etc...). Rooftop bar was really pretty and nice at night to see the city. The history of the hotel was also great and on the walls to view. The little shop also had much needed items (e.g., sunscreen) that we forgot to bring.
Nothing. All was great!
I liked the staff. The bed was comfortable. They put my husband and I in a room with the smallest bathroom. The toilet was so low we had a hard time getting up. It was supposed to be a handicap room, but with that bathroom, no way!
Everyone was so nice. Everything was clean. They have a great little shop stocked with plenty of goodies and drinks
