Absolute scam of a hotel.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and tried their utmost to help with anything.

Cons:

The standard room is absolutely horrendous. It is the kind of room I would expect to see at a 1 or 2 star hotel. Hard bed, very cheap and uncomfortable linens and pillows, broken things, non working phone lights etc and a horrible smell that permeated the room and the floor. The AC was not working and the temperature in the room was 25 degrees. I arrived at 5 AM and I wanted to sleep but couldnt and had to switch rooms. The new room had the same problem but i just went to sleep. The next day the staff moved me to a premium room which was much better but barely within expectations for the cost. The AC was set to maximum ventilation and 19 degrees by the hotel staff from reception because it was not possible to adjust it from the room itself. Despite this, the temperature in the room took a whole day to drop from 25 degrees to 23.5 degrees. By the end of our stay the temperature only got to 23 degrees. There is 0 reason to book this hotel for the cost it has.

Luxusní hotel, doporučuji s výhradou
Pros:

Hotel je luxusně zařízení, opravdu jedinečný design. Disponuje několika designově originálními restauracemi a bary. Nádherný, čistý, provoněný. Propojení s evropským designem a japonským. Disponuje japonskou venkovní zahradou s přilehlími bary a restauracemi. Postel je pohodlná - pokrývka je ale docela úzká na tak širokou postel. Je to hra na přetahovanou v manželské posteli. Klimatizace funkční, koupelná velmi vkusná a prostorná. Zařízení funkční a jedinečné. Do centra je to cca 40 minut pěšky. Případně je blízko stanice Metra. V dosahu 7 minut je i restaurace-řetězec restaurace Happy, kde se dá velmi dobře najíst za slušné peníze - velký výběr jídel včetně ryb, mořských plodů a dalších masovým pokrmů. Personál v recepci profesionální.

Cons:

Úzká pokrývka na tak širokou postel. Uklízečka nemění povlečení každý den, nevynesla koš v obývací části. Mini bar chladí špatně - v našem pokoji č. 1015. Snídaně je standardně v pracovní den do 10,30 ale již v 10,00 personál začíná definitivně sklízet a odnášet nabízená jídla. V 10,15 již nebylo na výběr nic - odnesli všechno před zavírací dobou. Zůstalo opravdu jen něco málo sladkého a u toho personál odnesl i naběračky a kleštičky pro nabírání potravin. Okatě dávají najevo, že hosté mají vyklidit prostor dříve. To se stalo první den, ale i druhý den. Něco nemyslitelného v hotelu 5*!!! To je za nás veliké mínus za nerespektování hosta. Výběr v rámci snídaně v takové kategorii hotelu by mohl být větší. Je zde prostor pro zlepšení.

Уж си платих пакет, а се оказа, че достъпа до Спа трябва да доплатя... НЕ БЕ КОРЕКТНО УПОМЕНАТО, ЧЕ ПАКЕТА НЕ ВКЛЮЧВА ТОВА. ПО "ДЕФОУЛТ" СЕ ПОДРАЗБИРАШЕ ОБРАТНОТО. ОПИТАХ СЕ ДА ПОЛЗВАМ БАСЕЙНА, НО ТАМ ТРЕНИРАХА ДЕЧИЦА.
