Не съм ползвала закуска.
Бях на обучение и там закусвахме балансиран хранителен шейк 🙂
Персоналът е много мил и приятен.
Беше чистичко. Всичко ми хареса.
Като си тръгвах от рецепцията ми повикаха такси, което беше пред вратата точно на втората минута.
Таксита са от изрядните, които не ти вземат по 3 🙂

Cons:

Всичко си беше добре, само контакта до леглото ми не работеше и не можех да си включа зарядното и в бара един чай от лайка е 5 евро 😉

Cons:

Бях запазил премиум стая, която за една нощувка за един възрастен и дете на 12 години струваше 207 евро. В информацията подадена към настоящата платформа от страна на хотела, бяха предоставили опция на клиента, да си избира стаята дали да е с или без вана. При пристигането ми в хотела, попитах има ли опция за стая с вана и господина от рецепцията ми каза, че стаята била без, но като комплимент към гостите на хотела избрали стая премиум, ще ме настанят в такава. След което влизайки в стаята установявам, че всъщност съм настанен в най-обикновена за мен даже и нереновирана стая, която миришеше на старо и застояло. Върнах се на рецепцията да попитам, това ли е комплимента към гостите им? Да ги настанявам в доста по евтина стая, вместо в стая за която са заплатили сериозна сума за една нощувка? Отговорът от страна на господина от рецепцията беше, че нали съм бил поискал вана. Аз го попитах, защо поне не ми обясни, че ще ме настани в най-обикновена стая, която разликата между тази за която съм заплатил и тази в която той ме настани може би се изразяваше в едни 200лв. грубо казано. След това отново последва местене и в крайна сметка след разправии и разиграване по етажите и местене на багаж, ме настани в стаята, която бях запазил от тази платформа тук. И естествено нямаше вана.
