Abundance of facilities and nice location but staff weren't very helpful and rooms weren't cleaned.
Pros:

The hotel in itself was great, with lots of great facilities and great restaurant options. the location was also ideal right next to the James Bourchier Metro Station however we found the staff attitude to the guests somewhat lacking for what we'd expect from a 5 star hotel.

Cons:

For the last 2 nights of our 4 night stay our rooms weren't cleaned and we weren't provided with more bottles of water, toilet paper or clean towels. We spoke to the reception about this and requested our room be cleaned and new toilet paper be provided but it was only on the 3rd time of asking after more than 24 hours that this was done. Also we found the main toilets in the lobby (which we were forced to use as no toilet paper in our room) to be in a right state one morning and they clearly hadn't been cleaned for some time.

Another issue was that our air conditioning control wasn't working so the room was very hot, we had to sleep with the window open but the heater was still pushing our hot air to try and heat the room temperature up. This made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel.
Pros:

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya isteklilerdi. Çözüm odaklı yaklaşımları vardı. İçerisinde Dünya mutfağından bir çok örnek restaurant vardı . Biz bir akşam İtalyan restaurantı Burratayı tercih ettik . Gerçekten çok iyi bir deneyimdi.

Cons:

Kendi aracımla otele seyahat etmiştim. Otopark için ayrıca ücret alınmasa daha iyi olabilirdi.
