Cons:

Beds and pillows are extremely uncomfartable.Air conditioner works very noisy.There are some animals they feed in the garden which make also very high noise.

A very nice hotel worthy of its quality.
Pros:

Great location as it was close to everything. Huge selection of different restaurants in house. Very nice atmosphere. Housekeeping staff, particularly one short dark haired lady, was par excellence.

Cons:

My only complaint, a quite minor one, was that the cigar lounge which advertises itself as a whiskey and rum bar, had only one rum, Ron Zacapa 23. That’s it. You need to add some more rums to the selection.

Cons:

Staff! Very rude and unprofessional. Especially the Ukrainian guys at breakfast time.
Receptionists are very low trained and more concentrated in their manicure than serving guess.
