Cons:

Nous nous étions pas renseigné mais l'hôtel se situe dans un cartier très glauque, après une nuit nous avons donc changé d'hôtel.

Un hôtel qui vaut son prix pas plus , ça a du être un bel hôtel avant
Pros:

La personne qui l’accueil est agréable et le petit déjeuner pas mal .

Cons:

Pas de climatisation et la salle de bain ainsi que le reste n’est pas en super etat

Bon emplacement, quartier un peu "populaire" pour ceux que ca peut refroidir mais c'était bien pour nous! Literie confortable, propre, très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits.

Cons:

La notion de petit-déjeuner sans gluten un peu floue, à savoir s'il y avait du pain sans gluten notamment. On n'a pas su nous dire réellement mais de toute façon, nous avions un train à pendre donc nous avions décidé de zapper le petit dej a l'hôtel.

Chambre petite mais suffisante pour une nuit. Point positif, bon emplacement par rapport au Tramway T1.

Cons:

Chambre non climatisée, impossible d'y rester durant la canicule (petit ventilo bruyant). Petit déjeuner peu varié. Malheureusement ma chambre donnée sur le coin de la rue, feu tricolore, donc voiture et/ou camion à l'arrêt bruyant(s), chambre avec vis à vis (compliqué d'ouvrir sa fenêtre). Silence à 3h du matin, puis 5h30 / 6h camion de livraison, camion benne à ordure.

Pros:

Довольно чисто в самом номере. Чистая и свежая постель. Удобная кровать.
Вежливый и доброжелательный персонал. Хотя у нас были трудности с английским и мы общались с помощью гугл переводчика, администратор с терпением объясняла все необходимые при заселении моменты и отвечала на наши вопросы. У нас был поздний вылет и после выселения мы воспользовались камерой хранения. Вещи оставляли до 21:00 и еще 1 час нам любезно разрешили посидеть в фойе.

Cons:

Было бы хорошо, чтобы в номере был электрочайник.

Good value, centrally located, clean and comfortable. I would come back to this hotel
Pros:

After reading some of the reviews I had low expectations, but the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The street was quiet when I arrived (late on Wednesday evening) and I felt perfectly safe.

Cons:

The room smelt a little musty, but was fine once I opened the windows.

Ok for a day or two but definitely improvable.
Pros:

The Hotel had AC which was welcome during the heat wave.

Cons:

The building itself isn’t maintained, lots of apparent cables, pipes etc. The shower did lack pressure and wasn’t much warm either.

accès facile, arrêt du TRam tout proche. Ascenseur - fraicheur du hall...

Cons:

la climatisation défaillante, en période de canicule ! Donc fenêtre ouverte pendant la nuit...mais bruits de la rue perturbants.
