This is not a 5 star hotel - it’s a comfortable beach break
Pros:

On the plus side, room had obviously been recently refurbished and was good (save for the stain on the sofa).

Cons:

Very tired overall. Common parts had the ambience of a business park chain hotel with almost no redeeming features. Decoratively very dated. The ‘gym’ was a small windowless room with minimal equipment, no bench / mats, tiny free weight selection (10kg max) - designed to make you want to leave quickly…although when you did, there was no space by the small pool!

Friendly helpful staff, a great location on the beach and overall a relaxing atmosphere throughout.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast, my sister and I are not big on large breakfasts and we were going off to see the island, so left early a few mornings.

Cons:

The beach bar was closed and we would have liked to have been able to use that.

amazing hotel very clean great food terrible staff
Pros:

location is superb right on the beach
hotel is spotlessly clean
Breakfast is superb well run very fresh
room right on the ocean spacious clean and bright
staff are beyond rude no smiles miserable plus gave us a bar bill that was nothing to do with us which they quickly refunded we had been out all day they said we had been drinking in the bar

Cons:

staff are miserable rude and have a dont care attitude
hotel itself is superb as is the food quality

Trip after long week at work in Ireland
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful and amazing hotel and resort. Room was amazing, the service was very nice and helpful. The location was perfect in Palma Mallorca! Would strongly recommend and hope to be back.
