Todo. Las habitaciones el servicio el personal. El desayuno! Todo muy muy bueno!!!

El servicio de playa. Aunque la playa sea pública, debería tener algún servicio incluído, como todos los hoteles que tambien están sobre la playa

Pros:

It was a nice hotel but I would not rate, it as 5 star overall. People are nice overall but many things were missing in the room and you had to constantly ask for the same. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good..The hotel is little run down. I had expected much better for the price of around USD 600+ a night..

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt am Strand mit sehr schönen Meerblick. Die renovierten Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Restaurants waren super und baten gutes Essen an.

Cons:

Die Lage am Pool war sehr ärgerlich. Bereits gegen 8 Uhr morgens legten Leute Tücher auf die Liegen um diese zu „reservieren“. Solch ein Verhalten ist unmöglich. Der Pooljunge saß nur da und hatte dies nicht im Blick. So kam es, dass oft kein Platz mehr frei war und wir zum Strand mussten, der aber kostenpflichtig ist.

Desayuno excelente!!!! Ubicación inmejorable !!!

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de las piezas es demasiado frío y no se podía subir más.
Las camas matrimoniales en realidad muy mala, son dos cama chicas juntas y al medio muy incómodo.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where every detail make my experience memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive reception staff and a kind concierge. My room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. I was also particularly touched by the thoughtful gestures from the team for my birthday, which made my stay even more special. Thank you to the pool team for their kindness and helpfulness, as well as to the gentleman at the beach bar who even took the time to speak French with me. I also had a fantastic time at the Popa restaurant, enjoying a truly delicious dinner. I would especially like to thank José, Carlos, Angel and Anderson for their professionalism and kindness. The spa was excellent too. I also really appreciated the easy access to the beach. A huge thank you to the whole team for this magnificent stay and for making my birthday so special. I am leaving with wonderful memories and a desire to return!
