Das Personal war unglaublich nett, sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Hotel war wunderschön und der Strand mit seinem weißen Sandstrand und dem klaren Meer ein Traum. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und hatte eine große Terrasse. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Das Frühstück war vorzüglich, mit großer Vielfalt und es wurden auch jeden Tag andere Speisen angeboten. Die Lage des Hotels war in Ordnung. Man konnte in 15 Minuten in Palma sein, vom Hotel aus die Straßen entlang spazieren, wo es viele Lokale und Restaurants in der Nähe gab. Ein traumhafter Urlaub!

Tolles Hotel, super Service, Mega Lage, wir kommensicuer wieder.
Pros:

Beim Check in ging das sehr gute Gefühl bereits los. Es roch gut, der Empfang was super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Dank gilt insbesondere Herrn Rudi! Service, Lage sowie das Essen war hervorragend.

Cons:

Der SpA Bereich ist sehr klein und auf eine Std und 6 Personen beschränkt die Sauna ist Mini max 3 Personen.

it was a pity that the restaurant was so far detached from the rest of the hotel far too many steps to have a comfortable usage and so far away from the lifts couldn't be bothered going to it as it was just too hard

We had a wonderful few days in the nixe and we will definitely return. Lovely staff spotless hotel

The setting of the hotel is second to none. Stunning views and direct access to a magnificent beach

Cons:

Our premium sea view room was very small. While the bathroom was very nice, the shower was disappointing and badly needed to be upgraded. Towels while spotless really had reached their end of life and not up to a 5 star standard. No face cloths were provided.

happy and comfortable, just very over priced in my opinion for what you get.

I liked the location and the pool

Cons:

the rooms were not up to expectation we had no cold water one night, no shampoo and conditioner and I wouldn't say it stacks up to the price we paid and being a 5 star hotel

Pros:

breakfast excellent. location suitable for getting into Palma and nice beach. Room spacious and well fitted out. Lift efficient.

Cons:

Evening dinner menu the same each evening perhaps for a 2 week holiday a little boring.
