Pros:

Tolle Lage, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich .
Das Zimmer ist nett und die Matratze sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das ganze Wellness ist sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Mann muss ein Termin ausmachen das man überhaupt reinkommen kann.Max 6 Personen dürfen auf einmal rein kommen für 1 Stunde.
Der Pool ( draußen) ist auch klein.Der Strand ist sehr klein für die gesamte Gegend,das ist ganz normales public beach .

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Staff lovely, nothing too much trouble. Spa was lovely. Staff were great.

Location is pretty run down. Sex shop a few doors away!
Food needs improvement.
Booked €300pp new years eve holywood gala dinner dance. Food was average and gala dinner dance turned out to be a mobile disco. Very dissapointing.

Fantastic.
Pros:

This is our second visit and we have rebooked for a third visit. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the staff who are fantastic and recognised by Mina at customer services. The whole team here are very attentive making us feel VIPs.I can not recommend enough this delightful hotel and staff.

Die Zimmerreinigung hat leider nur am 1. Tag geklappt. Danach fand auf Grund von Personalmangel keine Reinigung mehr statt.

Pros:

Das Personal war unglaublich nett, sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Hotel war wunderschön und der Strand mit seinem weißen Sandstrand und dem klaren Meer ein Traum. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und hatte eine große Terrasse. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Das Frühstück war vorzüglich, mit großer Vielfalt und es wurden auch jeden Tag andere Speisen angeboten. Die Lage des Hotels war in Ordnung. Man konnte in 15 Minuten in Palma sein, vom Hotel aus die Straßen entlang spazieren, wo es viele Lokale und Restaurants in der Nähe gab. Ein traumhafter Urlaub!
