Objekat je izvrstan, sa raznovrsnim sadrzajem, parkingom ukoliko dolazite kolima, hotel ima izlazak na prelepu pescanu plazu. Hrana izvrsna i raznovrsna.
Osoblje, jako ljubazno i srdacno. Od momaka koji cekaju na ulazu, odvoze vam stvari, preuzimaju vozilo, dama koje rade na recepciji, konobara, kuvara, spremacica, menadzera, mi imamo samo reci hvale, da je zaista sve izvrsno i zasluzuje samo ocenu 10❤️ I jedno je sigurno, vraticemo se opet sa velikim zadovoljstvom!🙏🍀❤️🌸 Pozdrav iz Srbije!🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸 Porodica Aleksic-Zivkovic

Super Hotel an bester Lage mit dem allerbesten Personal.
Pros:

Die unglaublich schöne Lage direkt am Strand.
Dass es am Strand soviele Einheimische hat, ist grossartig und hoffentlich bleibt das immer so!!
Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, grosses Kompliment.

Cons:

Der Preis für das Frühstück EUR 30 pro Person und pro Tag ist doch sehr hoch. Aus diesem Grund haben wir nie im Hotel gefrühstückt.

very nice hotel with excellent customer service
Pros:

We regularly stay at Nixe Palace, and this time it was brilliant as always.

In this review I’d like to mention the help I received with a lost item.

I had a delayed parcel that arrived at the hotel after we had left. I thought it would be a nightmare to organise forwarding it to England, but it was surprisingly straightforward and easy using the system the hotel works with - Forgate by Asven. (I entered my address online, paid the postage and service fee, and UPS collected the parcel directly from the hotel).

Although there were some custom-related delays along the way, Forgate dealt with everything promptly and efficiently.

As a result the parcel arrived fairly quickly and without any issues. Excellent service throughout.

A highly recommend stay 10/10

Beach (crystal clear water, no rocks and beautiful sands)

Guest relation (especially Nina, she made our stay special by helping us plan our trip)
All employees were just so nice and helping
