The location , price and friendliness of the staff.
It was outdated and needs a makeover. The chair in the room was dusty and the shade was falling apart. Bed felt cold and Un inviting.
Had a reservation and when I got there it only took them a couple minutes to get us all settled in . Very fast service and Micheal was very nice.

I have stayed at this location several times over the past year. I have never had any issues or complaints. I like the price point, convenience, accommodations, and location. The rooms have always felt comfortable and safe.
This most recent visit, we were placed in a room on the 1st floor, main level. The flooring was a mixture of laminate tile which was sticky and carpet. Which made the room feel less cozy. There was visible damage to the exterior wall and the closet door. We were kept up most of the night by the loud footsteps of our upstairs neighbor who was moving around an awful lot during the night and early the next morning. I have never experienced anything like that at this hotel before, so next time, I would prefer to not stay on the main level/1st floor.

Facilities were a bit outdated. Our room had an unpleasant odor when we arrived, but the staff assisted as best they could. All good otherwise
They lie
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Shower was nice and had non-slip floor which was very welcome.
Property was a bit old and needed some care but was overall just fine. TV was difficult to get working but we finally figured it out.
