Il mio soggiorno è stato top in tutto. Accoglienza, camera fresca e pulitissima, prima colazione eccellente con tanta scelta tra dolce e salato.la Spa mi ha rilassato in modo sublime tra piscina termale,sauna e bagno turco. Mi sono poi regalato un massaggio decontratturante ed è stato eccezionale. Le piscine nel parco sono di una bellezza unica tant'è che ho rinunziato ad altro parco termale per godermi il parco dell'Hermitage. Location unica e strabiliante con Procida e Vivara sullo sfondo dalla mia camera,un vero paradiso. Al Bistrot a pranzo ho gustato del pesce di paranza freschissimo e una buonissima cheesecake . Spero di tornare presto e merito di ciò va anche al personale, tutti bravissimi, professionali e corretti. A presto

Sarebbe bello prendere un aperitivo bordo piscina ma purtroppo il servizio non è fornito di “finger food” e snack. Inoltre non dispone di sandwiches o panini per un pasto meridiano frugale, se non dopo le 15 con una scelta veramente limitata. Alternativa? Il ristorante aperto dalle 13. Cocktail alcolico servito in bicchieri di carta. Ritengo che tali servizi non appartengono a una struttura 4 stelle

La struttura è molto vecchia e la stanza non era quella delle foto prenotato e le lenzuola non li campiamo anche se sono sporche

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo la pizzeria e il servizio benessere che le ragazze sono professionali, lo staff del hotel anche tutti bravissimi, la colazione super prodotti ottimi peccato che non c'era il cornetto ischitano
Le piscine sono piccole e hanno orari purtroppo , l'ascensore è molto bella con la musica, ma purtroppo c'era una sola per il traffico che c'era . Hotel Hermitage lo consiglio l'atmosfera è il panorama è veramente bellissimo.
