The reception staff is lovely, and there are lots of outdoor areas with plenty of seating and nice landscape. The hotel and rooms are very dated and could use a renovation. The room I booked was small, dated, and not very comfortable. The shower is tiny and there was mold on the glass/shower door. I also found the floors in my room to be slippery, even though they were not wet, and I slipped a few times while wearing slippers and sneakers. WiFi was not great and barely worked in the hotel.
Be careful of the slippery floors: the hotel staff keeps the common areas clean, and the floors are constantly mopped. On my way to breakfast, the floor outside the breakfast area had been mopped and was very slippery yet there was no caution or warning signs on display. When I stepped on the floor, I slipped and fell so hard that one of the cleaners heard me from downstairs. She came running up to look but instead of coming to help me or to ask if I was okay, she ran back down to retrieve the "Caution: wet floor" sign as there were other people coming down the stairs to breakfast. Staff was indifferent when I reported my fall and the lack of signage. Would not recommend staying here.

but the food isn't the best
the cheapest rooms have problems with windows and doors not fitting well & so ants can get in .
If we go again we'd pay more to up grade the room? & eat out .

L’assegnazione di una camera matrimoniale molto retrò ed un bagno degno di un 2 stelle, completamente diversa dalle aspettative rispetto a ciò che era stato pubblicizzato al momento della prenotazione . È la terza volta che vado in questa struttura e penso che sarà l’ultima dopo questa sgradevole accoglienza, e lo staff non ha neppure provato a porre rimedio….

Una colazione formidabile ricca di varietà e sapori autentici del territorio, i dolci mi ricordavano quelli fatti in casa dalla nonna. Il personale attento, cordiale, sempre con il sorriso ovunque andavo si respira un'aria di familiarità e gioia La posizione paradisiaca, immersi nella natura col canto degli uccelli , ma allo stesso tempo a pochi minuti dal centro shopping, dal borgo di Ischia ponte con lo splendido castello Aragonese. Ma la chicca è il centro termale &spa , personale altamente qualificato e attentissimo a rendere il soggiorno eccellente. Pulizia ottima ovunque. Insomma che dire è stato vivere un sogno .

Να υπαρχει επιτητηρηση στις πισινες και στο spa για καθαριοτητα και για υποχρεωτικη χρηση σκουφακι πισινας.Να υπάρχει ελεγχος για τήρηση της ταξης και της καθαριοτητας.
Να μπει μεταφορα απο και προς το λιμάνι.Τα ταξι ειναι πολυ ακριβά και η αποσταση σχετικά μικρή.
