Great Location in the heart of Noosa Heads.
Pros:

Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Elysium Noosa Resort.
Stayed in a One Bedroom Suite with a partial river view. Suite was well laid out with separate lounge and dining area. Dining area had a four seater table, along with a sink & the hotel provided washing up liquid and cloths. Good quality coffee machine with a lot of coffee pods were provided.
Suite had a large walk-in robe with plenty of luggage and hanging space. In room safe, slippers & pool thongs were provided.
Bathroom was massive with a double shower, double vanity & huge bathtub. Separate closed off toilet room. Loved the good quality bathroom products that were provided.
King bed in bedroom with good quality linens & pillows. Bed was very comfortable which ensured a great night’s sleep.

Only criticism is the cleanliness of the room. The room was not well cleaned & no attention to detail from the cleaning staff. No milk or bottled water provided.
Found lolly wrappers from the previous guests on the floor under the coffee table in the lounge area. Found a used toothbrush on the floor in the shower recess & lots of long black hair on the floor in the toilet area. Not sure if the floors were actually vacuumed or cleaned. For the price we paid for our suite (over $1,000 AUD per night), we expected a cleaner room.
Housekeeping did provide a turndown service in the evening & they gave us milk and bottled water, which was appreciated.

Buffet breakfast at the onsite restaurant, Cibaria, was great. Barista made coffee was free of charge with the buffet along with cooked to order eggs, including eggs benedict. The buffet consisted of fresh fruit, cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, hot foods & pastries. The hot food & pastries were excellent, especially the chocolate brownies & mini carrot cakes.
Also had lunch at Cibaria. Service and food were both excellent.

Highly recommend prebooking carparking with the hotel if you are driving to Noosa Heads, as finding a carpark in Noosa Heads on the street or in a public carpark is difficult.

Looking forward to staying at this property again. Next time, will look at booking a room with a better view.

Avoid unless you want to be double charged
Pros:

Our stay at Elysium Noosa was pleasant, the room was lovely with a great view and the staff were friendly.

However, after departure my Amex card (which I used to pre pay for the accommodation and not provided at check in for incidentals) was charged in addition to my Visa debit card (which was provided at check in for incidentals) for charged included during our stay.
When I contacted reception about this double charge, they made me provide ample information to be able to find the transaction and resolve the matter promptly.

Unfortunately, the last correspondence I had from the Hotel stated “our finance team have investigated the matter and are unable to find the Amex transaction. The charge must relate to another Elysium Hotel”. The transaction explicitly says “Elysium Noosa” and I have never booked or stayed at another Elysium Hotel.

Unfortunately due to the hotel double charging me and being unwilling to resolve the matter, it was left a bitter taste regarding our overall experience and I am unable to recommend this Hotel.

Not up to scratch
Pros:

Plus: Room was spacious with a lovely balcony and pretty river view.
Minus: At these prices you expect international 5 * standards of hospitality and amenities, not provincial Queensland!
We arrived at 1.00pm as notified - not exactly early (but there’s a 3pm checkout) - ok, room wasn’t ready. It took over an hour to clean … we are elderly, how about offering a snack or a free breakfast? We were instead served our ‘welcome drinks’ while we were standing at the check in desk! (Most hotels these days offer a seated check in service!).
Wifi need to be renewed every day and the in room charging was terribly slow.
Overall the front desk service was disinterested - with a few exceptions.
The milk was not replaced everyday and neither were the amenities.
The view was detracted by very dirty windows.
And little steps to bathroom and balcony revealed a cheap renovation
All this would be acceptable in a 3-4 star hotel…. But that’s not what we paid for.

Was good but weather was as poor and Noosa as a whole has got very expensive
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, house keeping excellent

Cons:

The extra parking cost added on if you want to park at property - which you need to as there isn’t anywhere else $45 a night

Good location, friendly staff, terrible beds.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool are was great. Location good.

Cons:

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. I barely slept and my teenager, who can sleep anywhere chose to sleep on the couch. I question the value for the money given that we didn’t sleep.

A Luxurious & Unforgettable Stay
Pros:

One of the most luxurious hotels I've ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so elegant, relaxing and thoughtfully designed. The resort is absolutely stunning, with beautiful facilities and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind.

Our room was spacious, immaculately clean and beautifully styled with high-end finishes. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every little detail made the stay feel extra special. The pool area is gorgeous, and the whole property has such a luxurious yet tranquil feel.

If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in Noosa, I couldn't recommend Elysium Noosa Resort. We left feeling refreshed and already can't wait to come back.
