Good location but over rated, old and not value for money.
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Both TV’s did not work for entire stay and I reported it 3 times
Rooms were a bit dirty and not well cleaned
Overcharged on mini bar items we never used
Some staff were good some more moody and not polite.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was great. The pool is excellent.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable. Our toiletries were empty and the tea and coffee not replenished. The housekeeping was poor. Our room was not tidied and the bed was not made as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. The service was way better when Sofitel ran the hotel as we have stayed here previously.
Our room service took 1.5 hours to arrive. Food was disappointing.

So sad to leave
Pros:

We have just checked out of this beautiful hotel but would have happily stayed for much longer. We had the most amazing time and everything was faultless. From check in (with a welcome glass of fizz), to the beautifully appointed room, superb breakfast and fabulous pool area. We would like to make a special mention to all the staff. Everybody is super helpful and incredibly friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. If we lived in Australia we would be frequent visitors 😊

Really enjoyed my stay and will be back!
Pros:

Excellent location. Beds were comfortable and the little extras at reception every morning and afternoon were nice. All the staff were very nice and attentive.

Cons:

It would be nice if the bottled water was replenished with the daily servicing of the room.

The pool is fantastic, and the location is great. Rooms are beautifully decorated, and clean.

Cons:

The in-room dining menu is not great, and the pool cocktails were average.

The place to stay in Noosa
Pros:

My husband and I spent 6 days here in February and couldn’t speak more highly of the hotel and the service provided from the moment we arrived . Angelica and Courtney were so welcoming on our arrival and bent over backwards to help me locate a pair of glasses I had left on the plane coming up.
The reception staff were so friendly and the only thing that I didn’t like was to see them being spoken to rudely by over demanding guests.
The uniforms worn by the staff were very stylish and they all looked lovely in them .
The swimming pool was the best and we will definitely be back.

My husband and I , we recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly established Elysium Noosa Resort for six nights, and I must say, it was an absolutely remarkable experience! From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the resort's stunning design and modern style. The ambiance is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making it an ideal getaway.
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional dining options available at the resort. Each restaurant and bistro offered a unique menu filled with exquisite food that truly tantalized our taste buds. Whether we were enjoying an amasing breakfast or indulging in a gourmet lunch or dinner, every meal was a culinary delight.
The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to provide recommendations and ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay.

On the end, they asked us to pay for mini bar, that we have not used, but they appologies, which is ok but we are very honest people and I did not appreciate message from the hotel.
