Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel (réception et salle petit déjeuner)
Réactivité à la réception suite à notre plainte de la nuit précédente et proposition de changement de chambre + apéritif offert.

Cons:

Suite aux nuisances nocturnes dans la chambre d’à côté, on nous a proposé de changer de chambre du même standard, mais, celle-ci était moins bien. Dommage

Séjour très agréable et localisation parfaite
Pros:

Le personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner qualitatif et emplacement au top (sur la ligne 1 du tramway et proche station métro). Un parking public est disponible au pied de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Le bruit de la ligne de tramway mais on fini par s’habituer
