Nella notte un impiegato è entrato nella stanza (sicuramente per errore ma mi sono spaventata). Dovevano portarmi la cuccia per il cane ma alle 23:30 non era ancora arrivata quindi ho chiesto di evitare dato che volevo riposare. Ho ordinato il cibo da fuori perché nel weekend il ristorante è chiuso ma non c’è il servizio in camera. Un po così insomma dai

Clean, Convenient, and Well Located
Pros:

It's a nice hotel. I wouldn't consider it a luxury hotel, but it definitely gets the job done. The room was clean, and the facilities were well maintained.

The staff at the front desk, however, were not my favorite. I went to ask for an extra towel, and the receptionist reminded me—again, with an attitude—that I had to pay an additional fee because I was an extra guest. I already knew this because they had explained it to us at check-in, so the reminder felt unnecessary, especially given the way it was delivered.

On a positive note, we had a lovely breakfast and were served by Deysi, who was very kind and welcoming. So, not all of the staff were unfriendly.

Overall, the hotel is in a great central location, and I would recommend it if you're a tourist planning to explore the city.
