Scandalous treatment of children on a wronggoing schooltrip.
Pros:

My daughter and her classmates (age 17) were on on a schooltrip to Rome. On the way back home they needed to transfer on a trainstation in Bologna. Half of the class and their teachers were out of the train when suddenly the doors closed and the train drove further to Milan with my daughter and 10 other children. They were now in the middle of the night without an adult in Milan. Gladly a teacher booked a couple of rooms at the NH Machiavelli hotel and they managed to get there. But, the hotel didn't let them stay at the hotel because they were under 18 and were without the company of an adult. I send an email with my approval and a copy of my passport to let them stay for a couple of hours in the hotel, but still they were kicked out of the hotel because of the rules. Shame on you to send children out on the street in the middle of the night. When your children were here in the same position in my country I would not treat them the way you did. It's a pity you can't give zero stars.

Pros:

Posizione molto comoda, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Pros:

It was our first time in Milano and we are happy, that we chose your hotel. The lady in the breakfast room was so friendly, welcoming and hospitable that our day started in a perfect way. Also the staff at the reception was extraordinary friendly, smart and made us feel like at home.
The room was nice, calm and the area lively and colorful. Thank you very much and see you again soon!

Good hotel but let down by a cold breakfast.
Pros:

Clean hotel in a good location, a short walk from Central train station and a few Metro stations.

Cons:

The breakfast was a disappointment. The coffee wasn’t very hot and the only hot food choices were scrambled eggs and bacon. I say “hot” food, however, that’s stretching it. Both the eggs and bacon were lukewarm at best and cold before I had eaten them.
