Climatizzatore un pò rumoroso. Caldo eccessivo e non si riusciva ad abbassare la temperatura. Lo abbiamo spento ed abbiamo dormito bene

Camera fredda, servizio da rivedere

Bella villa storica.

Cons:

Sia dopo pranzo che al mattino presto al risveglio la camera era fredda. Mi è stato detto che il riscaldamento è gestito centralmente e temporizzato, senza alcuna proattivita verso la mia segnalazione. Trovo assurdo che non si lasci all’ospite la possibilità di gestire la temperatura in autonomia.
Avevo prenotato un letto matrimoniale, ma erano due letti singoli attaccati. Quanto di più scomodo ci possa essere.
Personale manca di empatia, l’unico normale l’ho trovato al check out.
