Pros:

The location was close to a lot of shopping areas and the staff was nice.

Cons:

The hotel was outdated. The room was small. The bathroom was really small. The furniture was outdated. The carpet in the hallway needs replacing or a GOOD cleaning. The elevators are very slow. This hotel is not worth the money. I think they charge that rate because they slapped the name Hilton on it.

Las sábanas y cover de las camas son sucios tuve que pedir sábanas nuevas ya que tenías pelos y sucios solo las estiraron no las cambiaron y la habitación me la dieron a las 6:30 pm no ofrecieron ni una disculpa The bed sheets and bedspread were dirty; I had to ask for fresh sheets because the ones there had hair and dirt on them—they had just straightened them out rather than changing them. Plus, I didn't get the room until 6:30 PM, and they didn't even offer an apology.

Stay was good. Did not like bed bug issue but staff handled it very well and I was fully refunded.
Pros:

Great location. Pool was nice. Ability to use digital key. 12 noon check out.

Cons:

Breakfast options. A few Bed bugs were discovered in my room.

Pros:

It was very convenient for us because my son had baseball tournaments and the Morgan sports complex was literally right up the road. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very nice.

Cons:

They didn’t have a good breakfast. Need more variety’s for breakfast such as such, pancakes or waffles.
