If you dont bother with polyester sheets = 10 stars
Pros:

Rooms size and easy access

Cons:

Polyester Sheets made my body itch all night long. Polyester is plastic and it builds more electricity thus anyone can sleep better. Pls change it to cotton. Go to India and buy there. Very inexpensive and it would add 100% more comfort to our nights.
