The hotel is near the freeway, and our room (338) was close to the on-ramp and our sleep was affected by the noise.

Room facing noisy highway. Breakfast was half good half mediocre and breakfast space very cramped. Hit water foe tea has terrible taste from being served in caontainers that previously held coffee; impossible to drink the tea. And parking lot difficult to get in and out of with very little signage. Bathroom was small and awkward.
The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The eggs and ham were awful and ran out quickly. There were fruit flies everywhere. The poor staff seemed overworked and the dirty plate piled higher than pikes peak. The refrigerator did not cool and there is no microwave in the room. The tub had some scum and left over hairs.

Bad sewage odor in the bathroom and a lot of homeless people around the hotel.
Hyatt Place / Marriott properties have a consistent room layout with good amenities - coffee maker, mini-fridge, luggage rack, large TV, and they always provide a great breakfast buffet - the food was good. The equipment in the fitness center was nice and new, too. The staff was helpful.
Finishes throughout felt old and dirty. We had an issue with one of the beds and the sofabed provisions. There were not an adequate number of tables in the breakfast area to support the high volume of guests during breakfast.
