The front desk attendant was quite unpleasant and likely needed a day off to go hiking in the beautiful Colorado Springs mountains to improve their attitude.
The hotel was clean & nice. The room was nice & big for 2-3 people. The bed was comfortable & no problems with the bathroom area either. I like how there was real glass for drinks & real mugs for the coffee. The staff & services on site were nice & accommodating. Plenty of eating accommodations within a few blocks from the hotel.
What I didn't like is the noise from either the roadway or the highway next to the hotel. The entrance into the hotel can be tricky, especially during rush hour traffic.

Not very clean room with dirty bathroom floor, TV table had a piece of candy under the TV, shower head had green build up
