Pros:

The hotel was clean & nice. The room was nice & big for 2-3 people. The bed was comfortable & no problems with the bathroom area either. I like how there was real glass for drinks & real mugs for the coffee. The staff & services on site were nice & accommodating. Plenty of eating accommodations within a few blocks from the hotel.

Cons:

What I didn't like is the noise from either the roadway or the highway next to the hotel. The entrance into the hotel can be tricky, especially during rush hour traffic.

Beautiful place to stay at and dog friendly!
Pros:

Great Hotel, Terrible Manager
Pros:

Hotel was clean, room was great and the clerk checking us in was friendly. When she needed the manager’s help, a woman claiming to be the manager belittled her in front of us, then spoke to us in a demeaning manner like we were stupid. It was almost worth leaving and finding other accommodations.

Hotel was great, but employee at check in was rude
Pros:

Location was wonderful, rooms were clean and updated, house cleaning staff was great. The women that checked us in was rude and not helpful. She clearly did not like her job or was having a bad day.

Pros:

Good location, very clean and 24/7 staff were super helpful.

Cons:

It got super hot in the room, the thermostat didn’t work at times so sleeping was a bit difficult at times. There was also no microwave so we really tried to not bring leftovers

comfortable and affordable that is the key and you guys nailed it.
Pros:

the staff was super helpful i used the fitness area it was great plenty of equipment for a quick workout. the treadmill was very awesome. The room was super clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was very close and to have a comfortable room to come back too after a long but beautiful hike was the absolute best. The complementary breakfast was good and the hotel overall was super clean and quite.

Pros:

The hotel is right off the interstate exit and near Garden of the Gods. The street is pretty congested, but the parking is free, and there are a lot of eating places nearby. The staff was very kind. Someone even emailed me before check-in to ask about our stay needs. I explained there was something special going on in my life, and they wrote me a very thoughtful letter with a gift. That really stood out to me.

The room was standard Hyatt Place style. Breakfast was good. We were happy here.

Pros:

It is so convenient to Garden of the Gods. There’s all kinds of quick meals right there near the hotel in case you get too tired from hiking, which happens all the time on our parties.

Cons:

No indoor hot tub

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay there. It would come back again.
Pros:

The room was a good size, but I was mostly impressed with the breakfast that was served variety of options, including fresh fruit and juices and several food options the staff was very attentive to your needs and responded quickly when I asked

Cons:

I was disappointed in the bathrooms specifically the toilet with me being 6 foot three when I sat down my knees were in my chest would like to suggest rooms with higher toilet seat height
