We had a comfortable stay and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Pros:

The property was conveniently located to our tournament location, Costco, Walmart, Starbucks and a variety of eateries which was perfect for our rugby team. The staff was friendly and allowed us to use the facilities in the breakfast area for team dinners as well so it was truly appreciated. The staff also helped me jumpstart my car so that was an extra bonus.

Cons:

The property is close to the freeway so you could hear traffic at night, but there’s nothing you can do about it. We slept fine.

I will never stay here again.

The room was clean

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work- the hotel smelled bad - staff was not very friendly or at the desk half the time- poor security (side doors were propped open for days)- no closet or dresser to put away clothes in the king room.

It was ok
Pros:

That was a big issue because they didn’t have breakfast and when I asked they really didn’t give me an answer. Also there were quite a bit of homeless people that were asking for money and cigarettes

Cons:

Serve breakfast like it was stated and they give you a heads up there were homeless people there, I didn’t feel safe at night

Never stayed. And wouldn't ever stay there.
Pros:

Called about getting a room because the original location we booked didnt exist and was closed. So we talked to a lady at front desk she wanted us to give her our credit card information which we told her our situation and didnt want to give that out. We decided to stay at a Hilton instead but was charged anyway through booking.com. Horrible customer service.

We slept like rocks which is rare!

The location was perfectly selected for proximity to entertainment and restaurants

Cons:

We were not advised at booking that the facility was under renovation. The construction was above our room, and continued until 10 P.M. unacceptable
