Η ανύπαρκτη ντουλάπα για ρούχα : υπήρχε μόνο μια ράβδος σε απόσταση 70 εκατοστών από ένα ράφι που εμπόδιζε τα ρούχα μας να σταθούν όρθια ακόμα και διπλωμένα στη μέση . Επίσης το πρωϊνό, θα μπορούσε να έχει βραστά αυγά, φακελάκια στιγμιαίου καφέ. Επιπλέον μας έδωσαν δωμάτιο με ενδιάμεση πόρτα με το διπλανό.Δεν ζητήθηκε κάτι τέτοιο. Και δεν συστήνουν ησυχία στους πελάτες τουλάχιστον κατά τις νυκτερινές ώρες, ακούγονταν τηλεόραση, φωνές από το διπλανό δωμάτιο.

Probably not fair for me to comment , I am a chef for over 40 years with hotel and restaurant experience. Catering and culinary education. it was easily accessible and on time.

Cons:

As mentioned coming from a chef. the juice machine was not calibrated properly, almost syrup coming out sometimes. I don't remember seeing any protein such as breakfast meats. the coffee was undrinkable. horrible. Sadly I was on a budget so the hotel was inline compared to surrounding properties. next time for $30 dollars more I will book with the nicer hotels. My overall experience with Micro is they are typically outdated hotels trying to keep up with new properties.

Adequate for a nights sleep
Pros:

The place was just off the interstate and check-in was easy enough, although their parking lot was a little small. We got to our room and it was a little cramped with two beds and they were a little soft on the edge and that's where where my wife likes to sleep. The TV worked fine and we didn't use the wifi. The shower was good, but the hair drier was a little weak-and there wasn't any skin cream in the bathroom.We were on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. There was a continental breakfast with waffles and 24/7 coffee.

Pros:

I booked a room for one night through expedia and I paid $91.25. Once I got to the hotel the very hard to understand and very rude front desk person (who took 15 minutes to check me in) asked for my ID and my debit card. I assumed that it was to verify my information. He then ran my debit card for $50 which I assumed was for a deposit that would be refunded upon departure. Well it is now 5 days later and the $50 cleared my bank. There is no reason that this should have happened and I have asked the North Canton Police Department to investigate. Do not give them your debit or credit card information.

Good value for the money. If they would upgrade the breakfast service, this place would be a winner.
Pros:

The staff was very responsive to my requests. The room was very well cared for.

Cons:

The breakfast was very stingy. One of the worst I have ever seen. Also the elevator floor was very dingy.

Decent and clean if you’re on a tight travel budget.
Pros:

They were remodeling the lobby area but kept it clean

Cons:

Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Floor needed vacuumed, Remodeling during our stay, so there was no breakfast but they apologized and said they would hopefully have it the next day. Staff was very polite!
