The only positive thing would be the location, many accommodations around and the bed was comfortable
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing.
The room had a strong smell of dampness/moister hard to describe which made it uncomfortable. The soundproofing was also extremely poor — we could literally hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and the hallway, making it very difficult to relax and sleep.
Another major concern was the cleanliness. The bath towels had black stains on them, even though they appeared to have been washed.

Came up for a family funeral. Our stay was great. Friendly accommodating staff. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was underwhelming, but the price of the room was a good value. Was perfect for our brief one night stay. Would pick here again if I am in the area.

I always stay at microtel in Latham whenever I visit NY. It's a great hotel, clean, friendly, safe. Rates are very fair and rooms are clean and comfortable.
The bathtub was very slippery.

Location is convenient, Some of the staff are attentive, other staff could care less about your concerns.
First you notice all the commercial trucks parked on the property taking up multiple parking spots. I have stayed multiple times and have not had a room that the toilet seat was not installed correctly or the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. This visit I did not even have television in any form! The clothes Iron was filthy, however an attentive staff was helpful is replacing it with a clean one. Television was never fixed and I was told I could change rooms at 11:30 pm !
