Pros:

breakfast does not include any salty food like an egg or cheese. Only sweety staff.

Cons:

The heater was sooo loud. had to go multiple times to reception to get the right remote for TV and then to get working batteries. The bottles of hand soap and shampoo in bathroom were empty.

Don’t go in the Winter and everything will be perfect!
Pros:

The staff was amazing! The bed/pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower head had amazing pressure and plenty of hot water! The heat in the room worked amazing !

Cons:

I stayed 1/25/26 and it was in the middle of that horrible storm that crippled the entire East Coast. They didn’t plow the entire parking lot, didn’t clear by cars and I only saw them shovel the entry area. Didn’t see salt out down either just several carpets inside and outside. It took me over 45 minutes to get my van out. I had to rock my van back and forth to get it out from the 4ft of snow pushed up against it. I had to dig my way to my van door with an ice scraper/snow brush. With zero help! I wish I could upload additional pictures cause these only show the one area. The snow was higher than the door and I had to dig it out with a scraper.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and kind during interaction. They helped me get checked in and figure out future reservations with no issues. Thank you!

Cons:

For the time I spent in the hotel I wouldn't change anything, the lobby was clean and my room was very nice and comfortable.

It was fine for one night and queen was fine for one person.
Pros:

Location was fine. Breakfast pickings were thin but I was happy with the coffee and bannana.

Cons:

Walls are paper thin and doors are very old.

Pros:

Did not like the breakfast. The location was a decent distance to the event we attended but not the most ideal area. It was fine for one night. AC worked great. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Cons:

Rooms were fairly clean but the shower curtain rod was broken and didn't stay closed for showering. The cushion under the window was stained. The remote for the TV was non-responsive. Breakfast was disappointing, had to go out for breakfast. The access door from the parking lot said that it needed a room key to open. The door opened without the room key so not very secure.

We would never stay there again and would certainly never recommend the motel to anyone else.
Pros:

It was minimal but satisfactory.

Cons:

The toilet was FILTHY! The room did not match the online pictures. The staff was barely helpful. We asked twice for assistance with TV access and controls and never got it. We were told the "information booklet" in the room was out of date. When we asked for the updated information (for TV operation & channel access), we were told it was locked in the safe and only the manager could provide it--which was never done--not even an apologetic follow-up. After checkout, when we asked for help to look for an item that may have been left in the room, the manager (?) was barely helpful, "pointing" me to the cleaning staff area to help me reenter the room. When I could not locate the area, he reluctantly found someone in the breakfast room to let me in. There was never any hospitality shown to us as guests. The staff was really poor in their communication and were not helpful. They seemed very short-staffed.
