Clean and ok breakfast, overall good
Not carpeted rooms. No ice.

From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, my experience was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, always greeting me with genuine kindness and a willingness to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart.
What impressed me most was the level of customer service. Every interaction felt personal, and it was clear that the team genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a great experience. It’s rare to find a place where everyone consistently exceeds expectations, but this hotel certainly does.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or leisure. It offers outstanding hospitality, excellent accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Five stars without hesitation!

Waffle maker was broken
The hotel is very close to Fort Drum which offered a great option for staying after visiting friends on base. The base hotel was booked, and I originally planned to drive back home after my visit. However, the wind and the rain picked up pretty good and I was reluctant to drive in it. Luckily, there was availability and the price was reasonable so it made my decision to stay easy. The hotel was really quiet, and I had a room on the 2nd floor above the entrance, so this was pleasantly surprising. My bed in my queen room (1 queen bed) was very comfortable, and the temperature of the room was comfortable without having to put the AC unit on. The shade over the window did a great job of blocking ambient light at night. Everything was clean. The front desk attendant was very friendly and efficient.
There are signs of age and wear in multiple places on the furniture and in fixtures throughout. But this isn't a luxury hotel and it was clean, so I didn't really have a problem with that fact. Breakfast was available, and I grabbed an egg "patty" - it was cold and bland. I didn't think the options were great, but you can get some hot items and coffee.
Funny you should bring up breakfast. The Orange Juice was pure concentrate and once you took it you immediately tossed it. There was not a napkin to be had. The Garbage was overflowing. We sat and watched as each guest came in and went to get juice and immediately threw it out. The apple juice was the same. The waffle machine kept beeping non stop. I did not really see guest sitting down to enjoy the food.
This is a 2 story building and there is no elevator. We are seniors in our 80's lucky for us the young girl behind the desk took our suitcase and carried it up the stairs. The person on the desk it the morning was rude and looked as if someone dragged him in off the street. We wanted to check out and there was no one at the desk, my husband walked around the hall and saw this person sitting with his head back in an office and asked if he could help. He walked out to the front and said next time use the phone. We got our receipt and my husband nicely said thank you have a good day. THIS PERSON JUST WALKED AWAY.
The price was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just an excellent experience at Quality Inn & Suites. Room was clean. The bed comfortable! Thank you for all your staff who were helpful and cordial.

Kept awake until the early hours by motorcycles right outside room. Police had to be called.
