Great stay. Everyone very nice and front desk agent Laura was great. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. I will come again.
Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was heated. Hot tub was out of service. Free breakfast was a little skimpy compared to others but overall stay was nice.
CPS gave us a two night stay here for our reunification since we currently don’t have a place. Beware they secretly charge you for service animals. I noticed on my service animal that on her arm it looked like someone shaved her with an electric razor for a blood draw from a clinic a day after checking out at the hotel. Which we didn’t not take her to the vet. The room didn’t have the ac turned on. The window towards traffic was not sealed properly. You were unable to hear the tv because of the excessive traffic noise. TV channels were lame. The closest door was hanging off. You can definitely tell that the rooms are never cleaned properly around the beds. The bed frames are damaged and broken. The staff are rude. I used to work for a hotel. I am appalled!
Easy check-in, staff is friendly, parking was easy to find.
Safe
Jayda, the front desk clerk that checked us in was amazing. She was super informative and had such a positive attitude! I will definitely stay there again because she made our experience so great! All front desk reps could learn a thing or two from her.
I came to visit a friend in hospice and brought her to visit for a night at Microtel. Jayla and Kendra were very friendly helpful and hospitable to my friend. I would definitely stay again
Horrible rooms, very unclean, and ac barely worked. The sheets had stains on them. The room had cracks everywhere including the tub. The cops where there 4 different occasions. Worst place and area. Will never recommend this hotel. The worst part it wasn't cheap in price!!!!!
No words will describe the crappiness of this stay. In fact , we didn’t stay. Staff and management or rude and I can’t believe it’s allowed.
Room smelled very bad. Very hard to sleep there. Never again.
It was close to shopping and some restaurants.
Very convenient.
Upon entering our room it smelled like a cigar bar. The bathroom sink would not drain. The hotel in general was not kept clean or kept up. I would not recommend or stay at this property again.
Good day,
I purchased my room on hotels.com on July for a 2 night stay September 19 thru September 21. At that time I paid them $245. I checked in online on the afternoon of September, in which part of the process was to enter a credit card number. I was instantly charged $1, in which I have no problem with. During the morning of September 19, I was charged $170.00. I was confused about this charge, so I called.
Kendra was the lady whom answered the phone. I was put on hold, but could hear a conversation in the background. I did hear a curse word once. When she eventually got back to me, she looked it up, she told me it was payment for the room. I told her I already paid $245, and why am I now paying a total of over $400. She continued to tell me about how Microtel needed to get paid, not once being concerned about the guest. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to get them.
I did get a phone call from Kendra stating that a mistake was made, but no apologies for it.
I checked in at the hotel around 845pm Friday night with no issues. The agent working the front desk was very polite, aware of the situation and advised me the charge has been reversed(as of Monday night, the $170 charge was still pending).
Sunday morning I went to the front desk to get a receipt before checkout so I have documentation regarding the $170. Kendra again was being difficult to deal with. She accused me of being rude, but in my opinion she does not care about the guests. She told me
If you just want to stay for the night that is affordable
This is the place to go.
Room was adequate for a one night stay. Only one chair for a room that sleeps up to 4 people. Shower hose leaked badly and needs repair/replacing. Beds were clean and comfortable
Great place
2 ladies at the front desk were the ONLY decent things about this place.
Good price then all
It was dirty.
