Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war für Paris sehr gut. Die Lage war auch gut nur wenige 100 Meter zur nächsten Metro. Preis Leistung war völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wenn man Koffer abstellen möchte bevor das Zimmer fertig ist zahlt man pro Gepäckstück 3 Euro :-(

Très bon rapport qualité prix !
Pros:

L'hôtel et la chambre étaient très bien, le lit était très confortable.

Cons:

Le quartier n'est vraiment pas agréable mais cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé car nous n'y étions pas pendant la journée et la soirée.

Heerlijke plek om je even terug te kunnen trekken na een hectische stad verblijf in de stad Parijs
Pros:

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, waardoor wij ons heel prettig voelden tijdens ons verblijf.

Cons:

De directe omgeving is in ontwikkeling, grenst nog wel aan een plek waar je je s'avonds minder op je gemak zou voelen. Maar daar is de prijs ook na. Verwacht binnen 1 of 2 jaar dat de hele buurt op is geklommen en het wat veiliger aanvoelt. Heb mij als gezin niet onveilig gevoelt, maar moest bij binnenrijden van het gebied wel eerst even wennen,

Emplacement parfait pour l'objet de mon séjour.

Cons:

La surface de la chambre . Elle est trés petite. Il y a des interférences entre le lit et la porte de la salle de bain. Il est difficile d'utiliser la chaise en face du bureau. La télé fixée au mur géne le passage.

Pros:

El hotel cuenta con absolutamente todas las comodidades. Un restaurant grande, una sala para estar cómoda, atención permanente y muy amable y una ubicación muy bien conectada tanto con metro directo (sin combinación) a las grandes atracciones, como conexión con el servicio Velib y cercanía con el canal que es muy agradable. La habitación era bastante cómoda.

Cons:

No hay limpieza diaria salvo que la solicites pero cuando haces el self check in no te consultan. Por lo que, a los 2 días tuvimos que pedir que vengan a limpiar. Si es verdad que sacan la basura todos los días pero no limpian el piso o reponen tazas usadas. Esto debería ser sin solicitud previa.

Por otro lado, si bien tiene aire acondicionado, es centralizado y se prende "de a ratos", lo que sumado a la habitación pequeña genera que por momentos estés durmiendo con mucho calor hasta que activa nuevamente el aire.

La zona es extraña. El hotel parece un oasis en medio de una zona no muy agradable pero te mueves un par de cuadras y ya está bien.

Confort e gentilezza
Pros:

Una garanzia per tutti i miei viaggi a Parigi. Posizione eccellente, colazione super, negozi e ristoranti prossimi e prossimo il centro de la Villette, cuore verde frequentato da famiglie, studenti, giovani di tutte le età.

Cons:

Della struttura non mi è piaciuto il fatto che devi chiedere se ti venga pulita la stanza la sera prima. Se lo dimentichi, non la puliscono si limitano semplicemente a cambiare gli asciugamani. Poi, all’esterno, ma questo non dipende dalla struttura, molti Richard e molto degrado.

I still will return because the location is good . And the place is charming
Pros:

Good location. Affordable price . Parking . Kitchenette

Cons:

there is just a sheet on the mattress and no sheet on top was not comfortable because it s a synthetic fabric , not fresh and not soft .
There is a garden with tables and chairs , but no one is taking care of it , plants are dead , tables dirty . No shadow
