Pros:

Very good location at the Lido and a very good price - which was still much too high, given the terrible state this place is in

Cons:

The whole house is completely worn out, dirty and smells like mold and very old textiles. The breakfast is less than basic, in a dark and smelly room. The staff seems to have no hospitality qualifications whatsoever.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa Tiziana.
Pros:

Mir wurde immer sehr schnell auf meine Fragen online geantwortet. Klimaanlage war perfekt eingestellt. Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr freundlich. Die Gegend ist sehr nett-man kann hier Venedig pur erleben - schön.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden gehört erneuert. Das Internet hat nicht wirklich funktioniert-habe es aber nicht angesprochen, sondern meinen Hotspot benützt, was bestens funktioniert hat.

Ho apprezzato molto l’accoglienza e la disponibilità dello staff nel caso di disservizi o necessità. Tutti molto disponibili, gentili e rispettosi.

Cons:

Avrei preferito più cura e pulizia della stanza; trovarsi gli asciugamani già macchiati e il letto fatto male il giorno dell’arrivo, di certo non ha fatto un’ottima impressione.
