Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Summerside

There was honestly nothing redeeming I can say about this hotel. The staff seemed as if I was bothering them, when I asked if they could fix the tv and wifi there was no solution so I went without. The breakfast was in edible served in a very damp basement with outlets that would not work to try to plug anything into. The room was definitely not cleaned this century. There were noticeable hairs throughout the bathroom. The plug for the tub was left to rust on the side of the tub. They offered one towel for each person however you could buy new towels for $25. And when laying in the bed, you could noticeably see that the ceiling was peeling and falling down around you. When I tried to bring these concerns or issues up to the manager, he refused to return a telephone call nor answer a call, even though the staff at the front desk who I was noticeably bothering with my concerns about my stay stated that he would call me that day.

Powdered eggs, sausage soaking in oil. Key wouldnt work on main door. Elevator was scary. Walked betweenn buildings for ice only to find it was broken. Hotel was generally HOT.

Old building smells like mold, no fan in bathroom, no hot water for half a day, bed was hard and full of springs, only one ice machine have to go outside and into another building to access. The main office and breakfast area is in a separate building. Fruit would be nice The second building is like an old hotel/motel and it isn't no holiday inn. If you want a cheapish place to crash for a night it's fine.

Parking wasn’t great, had to park a long ways from main entrance, and then on top, the elevator wasn’t working and we had to carry our luggage up stairs. Was extremely loud up until almost midnight, but then we were able to get sleep. Sounded like a lot of kids near by and people arguing.

Shower didn't work; air conditioner was 2 settings: hot or freeze; free breakfast wasn't accessible due to too many people waiting in line -full every 15 mins we tried and had to go elsewhere; every movement made on the bed, it cracked and scraped. Old metal beds on concrete tile floors. No updates in the facility since it opened but the prices keep rising. You had to even pay for an extra tax -beautification tax. For what the owners pocket? Unfortunately it was the only available hotel in the area and the price was ludicrous for what it was.

1. The room was a 2 double beds that was NOT even close to be worth $ 342.00 for 3 senior men. 2. We were supposed to have a cot in our room but that room had no room to put a cot in , room # 321 , so we slept 2 in one bed , not what we planned on or expected. Very disappointed. 3. The breakfast was very underwhelming to say the least.

The faucets were leaking and you can hear everything through the walls

Staff; cleanliness; ability to open the door/ it was so stuck I had to use a lot of shoulder strength to open and close the door.

Elevator broke down on our second day had to use the stairs. Bath tub needed recoating old.

To much noises can be heard from the another room’s. We get power shortages in our room in many times. The tv turn on by itself like the room was haunted.

Although parking was included there wasn't enough fornthebjotel so you hade parking spots all around the hotel in back om the side in front of the long term rental rooms so it was hard to find a spot in the evening when everyone was returning back to the hotel. The rooms were updated but the work was done poorly and it showed. The room was not that clean, dirt and marks on the walls, the shower wasn't too clean with mold kn the grout... the elevator was slow and very small and old looked like someone tried to hide the peeling paneling with old framing... the overall feel of the hotel well that it was understaffed and they couldn't keep up with the cleaning or renovations needed. Also the free internet didn't work. The TV was app based using wifi which didn't work so no wifi in my room for our phones or tablets and no wifi on the tv either. In a town that closes around 9 pm made for early nights...

The shower curtain smelt really musty and needs javex or replaced. We cleaned the vents in the air conditioner and they were dirty.
