Pros:

Merkezi konumu sayesinde toplu taşımaya gerek duymadan Edinburgh şehrini yürüyerek gezdik. Otel personeli oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı.

Disappointed.
Pros:

The breakfast and the hostess who managed the seating, she was great.

Cons:

Room was so small there was nowhere to put things. The view was an outside wall. The staff was pretty rude and umhelpful at check in. We had dinner there one night, nothing special.

Kahvaltıya konaklayanları alırken kendilerince misafirperverlik yapıyor olabilirler ama görevli hanımefendi çok soru soruyor.Bu sabahın o saatinde kahvaltıya geçmek isteyen konuklar için sorguya tutulmuşuz hissi veriyor.
Restaurantta çalışanlar asık suratlı, masa temizliğini herkesin gözü önünde yüzeysek ve ellerinin ucu ile yapıyorlar.
Bir kez oda kartımız çalışmadı, yardım istediğimiz görevli offlaya pofflaya geldi.

Disappointing. It messed up my day
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

I went to the front desk a day before check-out to extend my stay. They told me I could return the next morning to check out and then check in again immediately. However, when I arrived the next morning, they informed me that the hotel was fully booked, despite having availability the previous day when I first requested the extension.
