Staff were very helpful and pleasant, location was excellent, breakfast excellent,very clean

Cons:

The view, considering the cost and reception telling me it was the best room in the hotel, the view was of the back of the hotel, in fact it was of workmen on the roof one morning. Lifts were being worked on so pushed to handle the number of guests at times

Perfect location
Pros:

Location is perfect - a couple of minutes walk (less than 5 )from Waverley train station. Perfect when you arrive at 10pm at night in the rain like we did.
Princes St and Royal mile extremely close - less than 5 minutes walk.

Cons:

We booked one of their cheapest advertised rooms - the room was very small - the bed was up against the wall on one side - would recommend spending the extra money to upgrade your room.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of options each morning. The hotel location is central to the Royal Mile and walking distance to so many things, including train station. Rooms were very clean. Great spot!

Cons:

The rooms and bathrooms are small, which is fine, but the simple addition of a hook or two to hang bath towels on would have made a big difference. Just lacking a bit in storage options.

Cons:

При заселении дали номер уровнем хуже. Когда мы попросили нас переселить, сказали, что больше номеров нет. Мы предложили тогда нам деньги и мы поедем в другой отель. Тут молодой человек на ресепшен засуетился и отправил сотрудника убирать еще какой-то номер. Нам подарили напитки в баре и попросили подождать 15 минут. Время было около полуночи и последнее, что хотелось это ждать. Новый номер нам подошел и мы остались. Так же нам подарили завтраки, но мы ими не пользовались.

Nette kamer en redelijk dicht bij het centrum.

Cons:

Geen lift naar hoger straatlevel. Om op de begane grond te komen (bij de brug) moest je met veel trappen naar boven.
Via de receptie badjassen besteld voor op de kamer (dit was een optie volgens de kamergids. Na een uur kwamen die eindelijk op de kamer en ze stonken verschrikkelijk! Alsof ze ergens nat en schimmelachtig opgeslagen hadden gelegen.
