Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kingsland, GA

The hotel is in disrepair. Room smelled, bathroom mildewed, paint cracked, breakfast paltry (e.g. one rotten banana)

between being woke up and 6am with loud music and people stomping around at 2am the next night, i don't think we will be staying here again. Also, the room next to ours is being used for storage and due to this we saw several roaches.

All employees were great. Friendly and helpful. For a Country Inn I was very surprised to see how much updating it needs. Food was good.

Very outdated!!! Stained towels, rusted grout, breakfast items not replenished. This hotel needs a complete renovation.

Room not changed after 5 days despite asking for service several times. No water in gym. Room not ready on time.

Room wasn’t maintained or clean the windows were open and one was broken and wouldn’t lock. Not impressed at all.

Bathtub and fixtures corroded. Furniture torn and old, stains on carpet. Needs a renovation desperately

Children wondering the hotel/ broken vending machines/ fitness facility not kept up/ jacuzzi was broken

The service was not warm and greeting, as a choice member one of my cooler reception. Booked for pool and hot tub, water was 66 for a heated indoor pool, hot tub not usable cement blocks and taped.
IN handicapped as requested, bed frames are metal and sleeping was like being back at summer camp with squeaky frames. So don't move or the whole room is awake.
Bathroom clean and tidy
Breakfast was the highlight, good hot coffee and toast.

It was quiet and clean for the most part. We styed for three nights, i feeel the cleaning staff mightvhave forgot to clean our toilet.

No one would answer desk phone the evening we checked in and we had no hot water. Waited until next morning and still no hot water. The floor hadn’t been swept in days. I also had two other couples that I recommend rooms to. One couple had to change rooms because of all the dog hair in their room there shoes and socks were covered. I am sure you will hear from here in here own. The it mother couple said their chair and ottoman was filthy they would sit in it or out anything on it. There was nothing but coffee and water to drink that morning also..

The room was filthy, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows on the bed had a bad smell. I never plan to book Country Inn and Suites in Kingsland Ga again

I normally enjoy staying at the Comfort Inn and suites but this one here was very disappointing. We had ants in our bathroom in the sink all over also, the furniture in the bedroom was ripped and torn. When we got in the elevator it shook and made a lot of noise when it got to the tried floor. We report this to the receptionist upfront and she said she would report it. We asked her if she wanted to look at it. She said no. The next morning when we got up, we went to get back on the elevator to come down and it didn’t come. We waited a few minutes. It didn’t come so we end up, walking down the stairs only to be told that the elevator was no longer working because it was broken. There was no notification that it was not working, no sign or anything. Also, I have a difficult time walking up and downstairs due to an injury and we had to have to carry our luggage back down the stairs and it was very distressful. I was afraid I was going to fall. I feel sorry if anyone was there in a wheelchair, they would have been stranded.

The property is older but it would be so much better if owner would do more upgrades and make sure your rooms are up to par.
It was an elevator issue that was not known on arrival. Communication communication . Rm 310 had a musty smell, refrigerator door would not close properly, took a min for hot water to get hot, need to update the bedding and replace the pullout couch. Too many stains on couch and mattress
people will not have so many complaints if you would just do better
Think about you staying at your own hotel.
Would you stay at it with those conditions. The rates are good the rooms are good just need to take more in your hotel and make sure your rooms are clean and smell good

Having stayed at this Country Inn before, I went back to not such a good visit. Little things but as a paying customer you should expect better.

1) Ice machine 3rd floor didn’t work
2) I know it’s continental breakfast but all they had for my 3 nights was frozen biscuits (warmed up) and canned sausage gravy.
3) Juice machine didn’t work
4) Hot tub was out of order. Understand things happen but at least let the customer know so they can decide on another location.
5) Front desk was asked about all the above and response was “I don’t know”.

I will find another hotel for future visits which will be often.

hot tub not working, gym has a mold issue, as does the entire hotel.

Everything was good and clean. My kids had so much fun at the pool!
