konum ve kahvaltı iyi, oda kalitesi düşük.
Pros:

Konumu gayet merkezi. Metro bağlantısına da yürüyüş mesafesinde.
Kahvaltı çeşit ve lezzet olarak beni mutlu etti. Ana restorandaki servis personeli de ilgiliydi.
Odalardaki banyo & duş hem geniş hem de temizdi.
wi-fi bağlantısını sorunsuz kullandım.

Cons:

Fiyat performans olarak değerlendirdiğimde özellikle oda kalitesi ile sınıfta kaldı. Gecelik 400.-€ oda fiyatıyla çok daha yeni bir tesiste konaklayabilirsiniz. Tül perdeler toz içerisinde.
Yatak kalitesi çok kötü. Yatak başlıkları gıcırdıyor. Rahat edemedim.
Halıların üzeri tüyle kaplıydı. Pet friendly bir tesis olabilir fakat günlük oda temizliğinde bu şekilde bırakılmamalı.

Cons:

İlk girişten itibaren personel inanılmaz yetersiz ve olumsuzdu. Fatura istediğimi bildirmeme rağmen birbirlerine topu attılar. Odaya gectigimde hayal kırıklığı yaşadım. Yerlerde kıl vardı, perde de küf lekeleri vardı. Tek kişi olmama rağmen twin bed yataklı oda verildi. Diş seti talep etmeme rağmen bırakılmadı ve 2 kez daha söylemem gerekti. Kahvaltı da yiyecek hiç bir şey bulamadım desem yeridir. 4 gün boyunca kruvasan yedim. Odadaki klima sıcak üflemiyordu. Girişte fatura istememe rağmen çıkışta tekrar fatura beklemek zorunda kaldım. Ödenen parayı kesinlikle hak etmiyor. Bir daha kesinlikle tercih etmem. Tercih edecek olanlara da asla tavsiye etmem. Tam bir hayal kırıklığı.

Sehr gut
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch, das Hotel selbst ist sehr großzügig, alle Räume sind groß und sauber, das Personal ist freundlich, der Kaffee und die Cocktails sind sehr gut.
Das Badezimmer ist groß und gut durchdacht, die Pflegeprodukte sind von sehr guter Qualität.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut, ich kann das Hotel ohne Vorbehalte weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ich bei meinem nächsten Besuch diese beiden Kritikpunkte nicht mehr hätte:
-Die Matratze in unserem Zimmer war durch zu häufigen Gebrauch zu weich und sollte ausgetauscht werden.
-Ein Problem, das in vielen Hotels auftritt, aber nicht in den besten: der Morgenkaffee an der Bar. Aufgrund der Frühstückszeiten haben Gäste, die nicht frühstücken, keine Möglichkeit, einen Espresso in der Lobbybar zu trinken, da die Bar erst nach Ende des Frühstücks öffnet. Uns wurde angeboten der Kaffee im Speisesaal zu trinken, aber genau das wollten wir vermeiden.

Pros:

Wir waren mit dem Zimmer als auch mit dem Frühstück sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Informationen zum Parkhaus waren widersprüchlich. Einerseits wurde mitgteilt, dass das Hotel damit nichts zu tun hat, andererseits konnten wir die Gebühren für die Nutzung beim auschecken begleichen. Das wurde uns allerdings erst mitgeteilt, nach dem wir abreisen wollten und am Parkautomaten nicht mit Karte zahlen konnten. Bei 30€/Tag sollte doch Kartenzahlung möglich sein!?

Fachpersonal wäre eine gute Sache!!
Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war so hochnäsig und arrogant, sie dachte wohl, dass sie die Besitzerin des Hotels wäre. Habe mich so unwohl gefühlt wegen ihr, dass ich dieses Hotel nie wieder besuchen werde!!!
