Die Zimmer sind leider noch nicht mit USB Anschlüssen ausgestattet, das macht es kompliziert wenn mehrere Geräte geladen werden müssen.

Cons:

Prozesse sollten insgesamt betrachtet und optimiert werden.
Trinkwasser: gehört in einem guten Hotel zur Standardausstattung, und sollte täglich aufgefüllt werden
Rezeption : sollte immer ans Telefon gehen, oder dann zumindest zurückrufen
Bei technischen Störungen sollte man nicht 2 Stunden warten müssen
Es ist nicht vertrauenserweckend, wenn ein Aufzug beim Fahren Geräusche macht
