Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Rooms and public areas repeatedly described as very clean and well kept; isolated comment about poorly washed breakfast plates lowered score slightly.
Service
8.7
Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, attentive and available (including night staff); one report of slow resolution for a broken key reduced score modestly.
Location
8.8
Consistently noted as centrally located, close to metro/bus, and within walking distance of key attractions; excellent location for sightseeing.
Room Quality
7.2
Rooms described as clean and with comfortable beds but often small, minimally furnished (no kettle, limited bedside furniture), and sometimes dimly lit or missing sockets.
Amenities
7.3
Basic, functional amenities (clean rooms, showers available even after checkout) but lacks extras (no kettle in rooms, limited sockets) and breakfast room is cramped.
Value for Money
7.9
Generally seen as good value by many guests given location and service, though some felt rooms were too small for the price.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Breakfast described as good by many, but issues noted: crowded/small breakfast room, items running out by 9:00 and some unclean dishes on occasion.
Overall Experience
8.6
Mostly positive stays with frequent praise for staff, cleanliness and location; minor issues (small rooms, occasional maintenance/check-in problems) tempered perfect scores.
