The hotel was in a central location to Old Edinburgh’ and all of the great shops, restaurants and attractions. The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean.. and the hotel had a bright and comfortable sitting/bar area. I thought everything was excellent. I would highly recommend it… and would definitely stay there again.
No complaints… everything was fabulous.

No air condition in spite i reserve the room with air condition , no tissues , bad ventilation , not clean room in spite i reservecthe best room in hotel

We took with them about air condition and ventilation , they did not do any thing apart from bring small fan , and they told us u can use toilet paper instead of tissue
لايوجد مصداقية اطلاقاً . مكتوب بالحجز بوجد تكييف بالغرفه وللاسف لايعمل صورة فقط. التهوية جدا سيئة ، ريحة الغرفة سيئة جدا لان الموكيت وسخ وغير نظيف ، لايوجد مناديل ورقية والغرفة سيئة جدا هذا وهي افضل غرفة ف الفندق

Room was very small and basic and no air conditioning
Great location, right on the Royal Mile.
It was a bit warm without the windows open but, given the location, it was quite loud outside so leaving the windows open wasn't really possible.

Leaking shower in first room and the room we were switched to
The room nice and quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was the biggest winner and very tasty as always. First class.
No handle to grab onto in the shower as I have bad arthritis in my back and a little immobile
