The friendly staff on Reception and also efficient staff in dining room. Lovely breakfast, not a complaint but would prefer better selection of lower sugar cereal and we were in Scotland where was the porridge ?
Had a very good pizza in the evening.
We were on Floor 2, and the right hand lift never responded it was always the one up the steps neither of us being good on stairs this was a bit of a nuisance

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, en la Royal Mile. Se puede ir andando a todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad.
Lo peor fue el ambiente fuera del hotel. Hay una plaza donde se reunen borrachos, y el callejon de atras por las noches se las pasan dando voces. Estabamos en la planta sexta y se oia todo, las ventanas no eran muy buenas. La calidad precio del hotel no era para nada justa.
