We always stay at this Ibis when we come to Edinburgh as it central to everything we like to do. Right on the Royal Mile, not far from the train station & just a short walk to the Playhouse Theatre.
Top Lage, sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer in den Innenhof (in der Nacht kann man mit offenem Fenster schlafen und hat trotzdem Ruhe). Würden hier trotz Minus Punkt sofort wieder buchen:-)
Das Zimmer war etwas müffelig, da das Bad keine Lüftung hatte. Haben durch das Fenster im Zimmer gelüftet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, welches auch ein Rollstuhl gängiges Zimmer ist, war am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da auch kein Klodeckel, keine Klobürste vorhanden war und das Becken sehr tief ist. Wir haben uns aber schnell damit arrangiert :-)

The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to major sites to visit, i.e the castle, Princes street and close to the rail station. I particularly liked that you were provided with a free local map. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine, a good choice available, I stuck to the continental one. Staff very friendly and helpful.
