Disappointed-we usually like Microtels but not this one

Price and staff were nice

Cons:

Chain on toilet kept coming off. Counters, tables, and bedside table were dirty, had cup rings and marks in them. No coffee in the room and only one cup for water. Coffee in lounge/breakfast area was in pump pot and was cold. Breakfast choices were cold coffee, bread, waffles, yogurt, and cold cereal.

Clean, safe, and a great value
Pros:

The room was clean. The bed was super comfortable. I read reviews about noise problems but I was there three nights and had no issues above the normal hotel noises you can expect to hear. To be clear, this is a no frills facility. Do not expect the perks other hotels offer that drive up the price of the stay. The room was clean and the price is outstanding. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Perfect firmness. AC worked well, kept the room comfortable. Fridge and microwave were clean. The staff were not just pleasant, they were friendly and welcoming. No one acted like they were only there because they were being paid to show up. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast service because I'm not a morning eater, but it did smell good. The room had plenty of lighting. Linens were clean and crisp. I felt completely safe and secure, both inside the facility and on the grounds. The grounds were well kept and clean.

Cons:

There was nothing I had a problem with, but I can say that a paint refresh with well matched color coordination would go a long way to helping others be more satisfied with the facility. I really don't care, I'm only there for a place to sleep and shower, but I won't lie, when I opened the door the colors were off-putting. That being said, the only real issues with the facility are cosmetic. If you want tiny shampoos and soaps, pay the $100+ that other local hotels are charging. I can buy several months worth of shampoo and soap with the money I saved staying here.

A great place to spend the night.
Pros:

We didn't take time to have breakfast. Staff was very friendly. I don't remember requesting a quiet room. But, the room was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Sheets were stained was the biggest issue. Bathroom flooded when the shower was on. Everything felt very dated and worn out.

Well-lit parking deters criminals, I guess. Gallup is still a little scary

Cons:

The breakfast was limited. They could offer healthy fruit, eggs, bacon, and or sausage. The side entry door was broken and did not allow us to use our key card to enter.

It's quite reasonable motel.
Pros:

The room was reasonably priced and cleaned .

Cons:

Just the back door tends to not want open when pushed. Other than that, we enjoyed the comfortable beds. The continental breakfast wasn't that great.
