Was over price for ordinary motel.
Pros:

Breakfast ok. Not many selection. No hashbrown, bacon or boil eggs. Only 2 choice of cold cereal, no oatmeal

Cons:

Well, the price was too high for plain service. Laundry was outrageous, the price. Carpet left stain on our socks. Refrigerator was not cold. Tv was too small

Pros:

朝食は種類は少ないが味は悪くない。またロビーにあるフリードリンク設備で24時間飲み物が飲めるので有り難った。特に熱めのコーヒーは美味しかった。

Cons:

大きな道に面しており、クルマの騒音が部屋まで届き、夜間でもうるさかった。
またメンテナンスを実施してはいるのであろうが、やや施設が旧くなりつつある感じがした。

A very nice stay with no complaints and I would stay at LaQuinta Inn again....
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast on any day. Although I read other negative reviews, I can only say for myself that my stay LaQuinta Inn was very good! I was impressed how clean the room and bathroom was with a nicer updated look. Did not see one bug the whole 5 days I was there. There was no noise going on in the hallway at all and I slept well every night. The evening staff attendant was always friendly and with a smile. I would recommend highly for the value prices and no parking fees as other nearby hotels were charging.

Cons:

A small size microwave would have been nice.

Just Okay
Pros:

Location was great, walking distance to ASU main campus

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty basic and the same thing everyday; eggs, toast/bagel, waffles which you make by yourself, coffee, juices, yoghurt, bananas and apples.

The hotel could use some maintainance...the desk chair in the room was broken, the shower was frustrating...some holes were blocked. I reported this on the first night,but nothing was ever fixed.

I spent 6 nights at this establishment, house keeping was only done once. I guess for the price in comparison to other establishments in the area, you get what you pay for.

Fair for a one nighter for a bed and shower.
Pros:

Easy check in. Good coffee. The room was okay, nothing outstanding for positive comment.

Cons:

Noisy room because we were next to the elevator and main lobby. Carpet looked dirty and was very stained, needs cleaning or replacing. There was no closet in this room and no hooks or hangers to hang up jackets or other clothing items.
