Pros:

Price was great staff was very friendly and it was VERY CLEAN! We’ve stayed twice now while visiting Pigeon Forge and will stay again.

Nice staff And comfy beds but could be a little cleaner
Pros:

The lady at check in was very nice and the location of the hotel was great. The beds were comfy.

Cons:

The room could have been a bit cleaner. It was nice enough but there were things that were overlooked when they were cleaning the room like sticky residue of some kind on the nightstand and tv stand.

The location was good and room clean but the carpet was old in hallway. The ceiling had water stains and limited old furniture.
