I only liked the day seat bench in the room. It was very nice. It was also pretty clean. Didn’t smell stale.
For starters, the bed was rock hard. We didn’t sleep at all. My phone fell behind the bed and we couldn’t get it. The bed would have had to be unscrewed. I called the from desk and asked if someone could come up because we had to check out early. The lady at the front desk proceeded to tell me she was the only one there… now I have never heard of that before and I’ve stayed at more hotels than I can count. She said someone would be available at 9am when the rest of the employees got there. Now granted we stayed 1 night but in our time there, I only seen her working. And if you’re going to stay here, be warned the bathroom is VERY small. Our door wouldn’t even close right and it makes you feel like you’re suffocating.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was very neat and clean inside and out. I've stayed at more expensive hotels that weren't as nice. We have stayed here before and definitely will again. 9

Room was not very clean. Something all over the curtains. Suspect A/C unit has mold. Room made us all sick at night.
Room not very clean. Have redone some things in the bathroom, but left the old sink faucet. It is missing the end piece that keeps water from spraying everywhere when you turned it on and barely reached the sink so you could not get your hands under it to wash the soap off. Moms room did not have any hand soap at sink only a bottle stuck to wall in shower. It had a hole cut out for the door handle, so if you have a young child that thinks it is funny to peak you have no privacy. Location was convenient, but not worth being sick from the a/c if you are sensitive. We had two rooms, and the other room also noticed the bad air.
Room was clean and comfortable and very affordable. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean but a little chilly.
Our refrigerator didn't work unless one of the lights in the room was left on, which we didn't find out until the food we put in it went bad. We had to leave that light on all night so it would work.
Was very clean was reading reviews and a lot of guest talked about Mona the lady at the front desk they were not lying about this wonderful friendly lady she is amazing and has great customer service
Mona, front desk staff, was so helpful and friendly...we were always greeted with a warm, genuine smile and very kind words! She is truly an asset to Guest Inn of Pigeon Forge...she made us feel as if we were V.I.P.s! We will definitely be back to stay in Sept. and Dec., for our future Dollywood trips!
