Pros:

Zimmer war gut und sauber, Bad okay, Frühstück gut. Ziemlich hellhörig, um 1 Uhr nachts ging der Alarm los und dauerte ein paar Minuten, bis es ausgestellt wurde. Danach schlug bis 3 Uhr morgens immer wieder die Tür neben unserem Zimmer, die ins Treppenhaus führte, zu. Das Laufen von oben war auch sehr laut. War eine kurze Nacht und wenigstens hätte man ja eine Entschuldigung hören können. Der Mann an der Rezeption wirkte nicht sehr ambitioniert.

Unprofessional, rude, arrogant, disrespectful receptionist. My reservation has been paid and they still asking me for my credit card to put in their files. If not, no check in!
This is black mail! His arrogance isn't acceptable!
