Location and cost.
We were there for four days, the room wasn't cleaned once, even after asking to have the room cleaned. We had to bring our trash down to the lobby.
The hotel was very noisy, we could hear everything in the rooms next to us and doors closing were extremely loud.
The place was nice and clean.
Sausage gravy was cold.

Facility was very good and easy to access. We were accommodated on ground floor which was nice as my wife had experienced an outpatient surgery and we had family pet with us.
There noises above us very late in the night which kept both of us and our dog on edge.
Clean room, great bathroom. Good selection of channels on TV.
Breakfast was horrible
Very friendly but didn't understand what they were trying to say. Most of the time, when they were clarifying things.
Didn't like it, because I thought it would be somebody knew how to speak English. The person was broken English and didn't speak very well. Couldn't clarify what they were telling me. Therefore, I will not be coming back to this hotel
