I was very disappointed.

Pros:

We have stayed at this location for 3 years in a row because of the convenience to the interstate and the people / events that we are visiting. Breakfast and bed were great. Most of the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The property is not being kept up every well. Side door does not have an exterior door hand handle, carpet had several pulls and rusty vent in the bathroom. Check-in clerk wasn't very friendly - she was more concerned about hanging out with her friends that were in the lobby.
