This is the second time we've booked with them. It's a perfect location for the golf tournament we had to attend at Lake Mozingo. It's close to area attractions and just overall a great hotel to stay at.
Friendly staff.
Dirty rooms and had bad smell. Like wet carpet. Breakfast not very good. Would not stay again
Convenient
Floor was wet, sheets felt were, damp and left over food from previous guest left in mini fridge. Good thing we just needed a place to sleep overnight. Check out girl didn't even get off her cell phone to check us out.
The shower
Part of the room had not been cleaned. The Microwave and Fridge. disgusting. I went to front desk and showed her pictures of it. She said she can see it was not clean and was going to find out who cleaned the room or (I should say did not clean) She didn't offer to move us or even offer to refund some of the cost.

Room was divided and tv was put bad in very bad area. If it was moved it looks like you would be charged.
The bed was comfortable, most of the staff was friendly.
The pillows are awful, I'm glad that we brought our own. The breakfast food does not get refilled often enough. People that were in a hurry went without. The coffee also didn't get filled enough. Saturday morning people had to complain at the front desk before anything was refilled. The Friday person refilling the breakfast items did great! The room my mother had smelled like someone had previously smoked in there. It was a fairly strong smoke smell.
The room was clean, well stocked, the temperature of the room was very comfortable after being outside in 100 degree weather. The staff was nice and very helpful on providing directions to our destination.
The Continental breakfast was cold and no restock of scrambled eggs.
The breakfast was great, and the location was good with easy access to the highway and downtown area.
Everything was fine.
Disappointed to find out that our booking was only for queens in each room. I thought it was going to be for double queens.
